omracer's Holiday: omracer's Holiday: The Winter Way up for Waiting (Day 1)

So then, we begin on the fantastic journey of my second holiday this year, with reasons been planned and spent in the behind the scenes from having to make sure friends are okay and also pre-black Friday sales, this was something new territory, like yes I've never had a winter break before, for real. But let's enjoy the below

Catch-up,

Well thee past few months I need to be honest, but I'm not allowed to mention it which has changed my perspective on things and also made this holiday possible.  Also, I'm getting to finally meet someone I've been trying to meet for months from feabie, which strange chapters occur but we are meeting TODAY, or did we?

Funnily enough, both girls got threats from another friend I've met once, it's strange how it all works out. Okay sure I've been doing major late nights on directly and they changed the support style and it makes it harder to earn but it means I can use the coach journey to get it pulled out of my butt a bit, since the more I can answer, the more I can earn to save up for finely.

Now finely, well he's been checked and chipped as of tomorrow on my 1st full day, but it will be £55 for the snip on  then worming as well for £34 and tick tablets for £24 so it all adds up, family did give me money but 8 told them to pay towards the fees so all of this is my own money, even if directly this week had to go to Koch since he was getting fussy the rep.

Happy birth of stadia and xCloud too, I'll be seeing the Microsoft store, maybe even today as well,

Speaking of work, my colleague, well he's getting there one PayPal here at a time, hopefully he makes effort when I'm away, but we shall see,  but Even last night I managed 4 customers after work,,okay 2 paid and 2 pay when I get back since I'm like that and less hassle more just sort out later, but hey, more dollar for me .

The prep

I got home at 8pm, yes that long and it was time for chilli and extras as well as the cake from Lidl which is mega nice.

Then it was time to pack, yup, we crammed winter clothes, christea's gifts, pants, shoes and the like, bug then Bungie is to the trolley and it was ready to handle running, it's cute with the cat stretching too 😍

Then it was a bath, shave and then movie watching but Finely is attacking Rosie pretty strongly but it's only been his 3rd week here so I can't fault too much.

Fell asleep at 2am after a fap and listen to BBC World-Service yet again, funnily it was on about Airbnb too.

The morning

Well, I woke up my eyes at 5:45 and up by 5:55, getting finely fed and making sure things are ready, glass was charged up and painted (on Sunday) but the laptop has an extra charge as well, it's a fun day for sure. Then I had a toilet and finely joined after dreamies tempting. He meowed while I was preparing, also facial was great even if it stung my face from the shave.

Finely and the food near the door

Then it was parents up and time to get gfuel and ready, (yes I packed both gfuels with me, giving christea a chance to try it, she loved monster actually, then I got changed, more grey attire and no cut jeans due to parents really nagging about it, but by 6:46 I was ready to leave and it was a car drive in the rain, a shame but it's supposed to be dry up there.

We talked about a few things, like how Bovis home skipped a water storage tank and how they are piping under the railway line to then let water drain to monksmead and like that apparently makes no safe chance of railway track being allowed to build on the line, but government always get a financial BJ so they can look the other way, bug hopefully Bovis see common sense (well they won't) .

Eventually, 8 got there by 6:50 and was on the bus, it cost 5.20 for a SINGLE, like fuck, 2 singles costs more than a single to London from Plymouth, (8.00 one way). But paid and then on the bus and saw the parents off. I hugged mum and dad before getting on, they are worried and the truth of why here might worry them further.

The bus for the first part of the journey

The bus was off and by Derriford by half 7, this is good since it means I'm not rushing to get the coach and get to go Poundland on the way in,  traffic was piling on let's admit.

So I got to town and then ran to drake circus, I got to the toilet and had a pee, the case was sliding around but the lights are pretty.

Mayflower Street lit up

The Lights at drake circus

Now I ran back to Poundland to get luggage tags and a sandwich, well that and an iPhone cable too, the self-checkout was slowing me down but paid on a card and the ran to the coach station, lucky I did since I almost MISSED THE COACH. I got on and also a bracket off the trolley messed up so I had to put that in with the Bungie. I got on the coach and called and text everyone, christea saw it, mum saw it and called my grandparents to bless them,

The tag, sandwich and lighting cable

The journey

It was a start of a 6-hour coach, laptops had a little charge on each battery so that didn't help, but I did some directly work and helped, it took 1 hour 20 to get to Exeter.

Then it was a few people that got on at Exeter, but still, empty seats around but the journey was non stop at least until the m4 mark :) for a 10-minute break at Leigh services

Since the laptop died, I used the Huawei 3g midi to carry on and that 40gb of data is a godsend, like so much, but the chances of what a 7th date will be, well things will be existing and very good base 🐷.

The Run to Euston

Well I got off the bus at the station, then ran my way to Euston, not that fun and the suitcase is bigger than the trolley, it fell off 3 times but the Bungie really did help. From women in glam pink to running past the ritz and the messages says she was going to be late helped me get there on time and eventually I got to my destination of the locker at the exchange.

The Case at the station

The views of the not yet lit up streets

The exchange,

No way, he was a really nice guy and was well worth leaving luggage at his shop, stasher is such a good service, but eventually things to an end. Then it was to finally meet.

The (Failed) meetup.

I'm not going to describe the shouting to myself and constantly checking messages into detail. But the main thing is, She changed the time to 3:43 and I got there just by then, Then she messaged me saying she was about 10 minutes then she had a panic attack, she also said she got me a gift and would warm me up, described what she was wearing, but alas 2 hours of that went by, 3 toilet visits, 1 Domut sample, 1 railway model layout magazine read and loads of people chaos about the poor buy crushed under the tub at Oxford Circus (funnily enough I ran right past that on the way to Euston, by the store I want to go into).

Waiting here for over 2 hours

But alas by 6pm I picked up the suitcase and the chap was still one of the nicest i've met in a while, But then it was the walk to the tube to the Airbnb.

Buses and cars always cramming in

The busy of Euston Rush Hour
Then I tapped to get my £20 credit for oyster and got the lifts down to the station, my train just arrived and then it was smooth but few longer stops ride to get to the Airbnb, I was texting once I had a signal. But well we will see what happens and plans for real with christea were talking on. By 6:50 I was at High Barnet and it was £4.70 for that trip actually, bloody peak times.

The station

The arrival.

So I ran my way on the road to the Airbnb, since most numbers are actually apartment names it confused the hell out of me and i text the host and he was a chill guy, so I eventually got in by 7: and he introduced me to the place, shake hands and then left me to it. Which was good. I also had decent fibre (actually similar speeds to home) so getting stuff up was no way an issue. The fridge was nice, the water was nice and well I did cain Gfuel to get this up and loads of TVs I'll show you soon. Except for this

The big TV and video editing.

and there is that, sure there are plans for what this next day would bring.

See you then

omracer's Holiday: The Cracking London Day out

Well, this part of the holiday is now over, with the silvers tine event sorted, everything packed up and the antics to travel to the next airbnb, it was time this was going to be the Top Weekend ., then vlog Is below.

Insertt vlog here

The packing morning,

Well it was another 5am wakeup, but I forced myself to sleep until 6:20 until I actually got up then. I then starred to upload the vlog from yesterday. Since it actually is more stable on Youtube then it is uploading trailers to twitter. I then got showered and packing done. Then it was a pineapple gfuel ting, with cold water from the bathroom. Downed a bit of it.

Selfie before I get up

The laptop and the packing

Pineapple Gfuel (Only drunk 2/3rds and drank the otherone when i got to the airbnb)

Packing done

I said hi and part goodbyes to the host and enjoyed the puppy one last time. Then it was the airbnb book to fill in before the final pack and the plug to find which was the bottom of the suitcase. But then I started to run back to Buckingham.

The book writing

The run in the sun.

This was the knackering run, but now I had that shortcuts, I thought it would of made it easier for me, but I pelted,  with the sunglasses from trust from yesterday came in handy, even with sweat.

The selfie before going

Running on crossroads....again

It was a 38 minute run, the shoes were the ones I used from the half marathon which was a year ago today. Bug they handles welled minus nearly tripping up a few times. Passing alpaca farms and also therapy centres, I made it to Buckingham 3 minutes before the coach to Milton Keynes was to arrive :).

The coach of calls

In the way back to Milton keynes, I check my voicemails with both milbiel and yay and it worjws a treat and called a few reps from the event yesterday. Which got some titles in and time to order as well as a secret order. Another £6.00 ticket

The manic Milton Keynes

Oh fuck, here we go, I get in to the station after unloading from the coach, then just as I get to the platform a train was about to leave, I pelted to it to platform 2, then it left, then repeated for another platform and it lefts then I walked my way to the shops outside and it was expensive, except the little shop nearby that had drinks for a quid but then it was 10:07 and I missed it. FUCK. So it was the. Having to wait around for the train at 10:47 which ended up going at 10:52. But there was a can of Rubicon for £1 which was ok.

The £1.00 can of Rubicon

I then called nan and also typed this up before getting in the train. This was OK and busy at the same time, luggage was full and eventually a lady with a dell sat on a chair with a rabble next to what seemed to be a journalist, so I got a seat row to myself and finished typing this up before getting to the station by 11:25. Also a girl smiled at me and she along with the guys in the seat in front of me, about one friend that gets a call if the queen dies, no if or buts, if that phone rings, the queen is dead.

Getting off at Euston

That and the airbnv now said that 7pm is the check-in time so it was 7 hours to kill in London as well. Ooops, so I now has a chance to explore some places, but first to get to the lockers at Waterloo. I hope they ain't expensive.

Around here was where I decided to get the locker found

The run in London

Oh yes, this was hetic, now what was happening here was that I found our the lockers at Waterloo would be £12.50 for the pwrious I needed, um fuck that. So a big of googling showed me a shop using Citylocker, this was £6.00 for 24 hours. So I decided to RUN to that shop near Lambeth north, of this was not the best idea. Like I ran on roads, bumped into people, ran through a protest, took pics every bow and theb. But after taking a few wrong turns I managed to get there in 42 minutes. It was not too hard to find once I was on the right road.

Exploring in a heatwave

The first reward was for me to have a slushie, like that would work and I was near a namco funscape, which exactly had what I wanted, after exploring it and the way there, with berry fanta as well.  when I got in and eventually explored It came to £2.50 for a paw cup, which was a 568 ml bottle. That was just sensational and £1 refills actually made it cheaper than others.

The refill for £1.00

Then after that refill, I walked out and slurped it when browsing the London eye, the food underbelly festival and then wandered my way to convent garden, which after chats on smoothies and a guy not really having a phone case for the Redmi 4, things turned sour as I browsed..

The phone slipped out of the xaee and cracked the 2.5d gorrilla glass, oh fuxk, I was lucky it didn't damage anything major but that's typical luck, so after finding a toilet which I didn't go in since its £1.00 entry. I walked my way to oxford street and oxford circus.

The crack

Paying £1.00 to go toilet, Nope

Covent Garden in the Clear

Now this was good, sure there was topshop and also a phone shop, so I managed to find a £10.00 case and the chap designed a new 3.5mm jack in the case which solves the reason I ended up making the phone crack.

The new case for £10.00

Topshop
The I managed to find american candy stores, with kool aid for £0.99, fanta berry for £1.99 and other snacks, it tempted me but spending £21.5 so far in London is a bit much really. So I walked out,

I then made my way to Hyde park to rest my feet. It was a long walk, but worth it to rest my feet, even with seeing security hassling a guy and the dog was warning him away which is a safe move. But I for to Hyde park about 3:45 and then rested for an hour, even with 420 and a hashman of some sorts, Glass had died by this point and I didn't want to wire a powerbank to myself

Entering the park

Looks like a Hashman of sorts
By about 4:35pm, I started to make my way to somewhere else popular that I missed out on. The place with all of those screens. But since it was 420, OMFG that park was lit with pot and also raving, like even with police around, nothing could easily stop this hype, I meant it was hot, exciting, different artists were there and also it really showed the appreciation for weed. But then we walked on to the famous locations, well the Palace, which was packed and also TV crews were really building up, but it was the same soon enough...

Crowds

Wait, what the

I walked my way via Pall Mall, cops were everywhere, cars with "HM protection" were on, I then walked on and went up to Piccadilly circus, but the Tesco there was MANIC, so I walked in and glad i didn't buy. But then it was the sights of the places that really do show off what London is about.

The road was closed off

Choatic Pall Mall

Thats a nice view
Also Koolaid for £0.30

A theatrical run back to the luggage

This was amazing how many shows were on in different places, like I don't have time to see them sure, but if i did, i would have to explore one or 2. They looked ideal to spend and evening, but instead it was nearing 6pm so I had to make my way back to the luggage shop, which that was a few minutes, with achy feet, with more crowds, drinkers EVERYWHERE, the sun does not stop this city AT ALL. But within a while, I made it so far

Lego World

M&M world right opposite

This store will be important

Although a shop I will be looking at more, this chap outside goes to me and "mat if i give you a £10, can you get me bulmersred, I swore at the till guy and he's banned me", I was reluctant at first but now, I got it down and he got the change and walked away after a handshake.

The bulmers for £3.29 (his own money)

Then it was getting all knots of directions with Google maps (most of the day really) but it sent me round back roads, I managed to get there, the chap forgot to give me the tag which he asked for, but he knew it was me. I then got it back and it was to the Airbnb.

Getting back

The Evening Airbnb find.

Another find of the maps of Google, I kept passing where I was meant to go, I passed into a quick shop and the chap was "please don't bring your bag back in with you", which means I can shout at him if i leave it outside and goes missing when i come out, I didn't say it but very close to. Then some guys laughed as I shouted "fuck I got the wrong direction". But then I got to it, it looked like a old business hub or even like a kids care home, but ringing the call button didn't work, I whatsapped the host and then i watched her, she walked out, a big cutie indeed, jean bulge, round face and lovely to chat to. She showed me the room and the shower, toilet, kitchen, it was far apart and it was nice that she gave me a towel as well. Bless her, front key and all. She asked how long i was for and I told her the plans. She giggled and smiled. Then she left me to it.

A rush for Fanta Elderflower

Now that shop I had to buy the Bulmers Red from, That also had a 1.75L bottle of Fanta Elderflower, most people have no idea its that and its "Blue Fanta" since it has a foreign name on but I got one and will probably get another for mum on the way back, gifting shopping etc tomorrow. But then it was also tesco which had a deal on for not 1, but 4 bottles of Apple and Raspberry Water for £1.50, which that is a steal in London, so I bought it and ran back to the Airbnb. Passing this, was also a 24/7 food van with slush for £1.50 or £2.00 for a large. Tempting tomorrow that might be.

And that is is, the day is done and getting it up will be the push but tomorrow will probably be a quiet blitz of it at one point. But for now, hot dreams
