Tavistock Goose Fair 2016 - A Mild LED Evening

Well, this is the evening of the fair, with lush and moonlight weather as well as more walking and a LED change in the air maybe. But All I know is, it went quite smoothly and nicely. So lets start this off. The vlog is below:

A Rush down to the Fair

So, it was 7:15, I was just about to leave after a shower and changing while the Day vlog was being up, I decided on a shirt and jumper, a hoodie which actually came from a neighbours shop in work months ago, but I rushed down and listened along with a Picture of the view.

The view is just about there

Time to have a BroLEDwse

AS we head into the street
I walked in and past the barriers, it was time to put the shoes on, which I did and people had reactions everywhere, some good and only one bad, As i was passing I saw chloe which was "oh its mattie marker", " Hey Mattie". that was a wave. Soon after i walked into a shoe stall which low and behold, I was copied, WHITE TRAINER LED SHOES, and for £25 as well. I was tempted for a 3rd pair as a backup since this was my last pair but I said nah and walked on, I might regret that by the end of the year.

Busy streets #throughglass

The shoes for £25 which i got tempted on.

Then it was a walk, A walk which was long but the stalls of food, colouring, polish and more in the courtyard, to seeing my parents and they asked if i was vlogging (since i told them about the powwow contest). Then I walked my way to the fair, passing crowds and seeing the shoes get love and "OMG I NEED THEM". But then it was the bus station, and a good friend i've made from him visiting us in work (one of the janitor's for the landlord) saw me and we caught up, from Skylanders talk, Pokemon Go talk, Samsung talk and generally "nothing much happened in the market".

Then it was time to look in the Fairground and it was hyped but not heaving, With rides nearly packed, queues were 2 people to nearly off the line and much more. Not many people were seen apart from a couple I saw on the Tuesday night, passing Mcdougall who was with her boyf and the kids that one was in the tuesday vlog with (how funny is it that the thumbnail is me and her, dam YT auto thumbnails)

Then it was time to enter the Square which was through the path next to the river, which with flashing shoes, led me to the square. That was still pretty busy at 8pm and some stalls were starting to do last sales and some were queued up or packed. But some deals on slushie, some deals on watches and VR headsets, food and drink were doing very popular,  But, I felt slightly hungry but ignored it since it wasn't that bad.

Then I walked up, which that was hardly much to be gawping at, okay sure, we had smartwatches for £10 and various clothes and also Pirate Gear. Then it was walking in the amusements and seeing slot machines and coin pushers, I do miss it but walked on  Chilled foods were busy and packed, and no mess from there. Which was not surprising when there was an offer for thorntons for £2.00, i know mum bought 2 boxes i think. But it came to the Auctioneers, which was interesting when i found out Nose trimmers are £20. That was nice but since i have the facial  trimmer. Then I made my way past stalls and lights, seeing people look at the shoes and another ganders around the fair it was.

More fair views

But Time was ticking and browsing was still happening, Passing the 2nd time, I saw a mate and he was looking for a budget PC so i was going to sell him this i3 which is the same specs apart from the RAM as my steambox but bigger literally. I also saw josh who said hi. Then I walked back around the square. Which this time around, It was still busy, Although JP walked passed me and he waved as i tried to say hi to him while he was with mates. But passing up the road again and there was a deal I was Tempted by, a pirated retro games console, the PVE something 2 which was a 16bit console that was portable but plugged into a TV via RCA, that and a bluetooth speaker combined for £20, tempted but not for the speaker, So i haggled, the redhead sales rep asked about glass, I said "its like the smartwatch but in glasses", "oh cool, I noticed you with it bit wasn't sure on what it was. Sadly no deal was struck.

Looking back towards the square

Then I started to walk my way back, which apart from people asking on the shoes still, it was pretty quiet, Sure it was one last browse on the fair, then some of my landlords staff saw me and we chatted a short bit before they went off to see someone else. But then it was my first purchase of the night, 6 boxes of incense for £4, this was some premium packs as well.

The incense for £4.

Then I walked along and it was still busy, but I noticed a xbox one wireless controller, a used one which was from Argos and that was £20, it did look slightly tatty, but I passed since i have a PS3 controller for steam and of course a ps3 and vita TV. So, I walked on and it was then a stand for donuts, which was 4 for £2.50, so I went for 8 for a £5. mmmm

The donuts for £2.50 a bag

Then I walked on and on, which it turned out to be a sweet stall for £0.50 a tub, i've not seen that, even from last year, So flying saucers were bought. Which was my final bit.

The flying saucers

Finally it was nearing 9:50 and I decided to say that its and run home, which thanks for a bag, made it easier even with this head cold still whining around in my body. Alas it was time to leave for another year, not the last time for Funfair rides anyway.

Our final #throughglass look before another year done

And it was then done, I was home, Walked rosie and say my parents coming up the hill near her usual toilet place, the fair was still loud in the clear sky and I can't believe how time felt rapid at this point.

And that is that, with one more blogpost and vlog to go before Tavistock is Fairless once again, Its been a pleasure and maybe more hype to see in the next year if all goes to plan

The rushed quest for the fluffy socks, cycle style

This titles is a strange one but this is a day for another birthday present for someone that even though hasn't done much, she means a bit in my life and this could be a moment to prove myself. Long story short, its another cycle trip to town for buying presents.

The weather was good and the time was around 8:30, i woke up missing emma, ok that is just daily life but i miss her even though its not vice versa which hurts. But after that, i sprung out of bed about 2 minutes before 8:40 and started to get the laptop on with a special voucher to make on Word. I won't link it since that will spoil the suprise i have in store, but its a OTT plan that has no chance of working but its the best effort i can think of. But this is better than most of the people that don't even deserve the girls they are with could come up with, thats boastful to say but i really feel this is the 2nd best effort i've ever done with trying to impress somone, the 1st best was the £250 cash, thats the least i can go by.

After making and printing the poster which i'm actually smiling over just seeing, it was time to get changed. The weather is lush and also another of those heatwaves, which is perfect timing, since i did actually do some leaflet deliveries in meh weather on Tuesday and a nice evening on the Monday.

The leaflet delivery on the monday night

Then i should also mention that i sold some jeans on eBay on Monday, i signed them as well, someone lucky in mutley has won them, sure they only paid £1.61 + £2.50 P&P but thats better than nothing for jeans.

Now, back to the story of the current day, which is meh. Anyways, i got changed and headed out, getting MyTracks to work again, with the GPS getting really good recently, it even worked outside on a cloudy day, after about 2 minutes of holding the phone up in the air like a over head selfie. The journey was not too bad, especially when it was topless and it felt like free aircon and was keeping me mighty fine. I did take the old route for a change, which was nice even though i wanted to speed up, taking 1 hr 50 minutes

I got in and browsed in primark for jeans. luckily i found 2 pairs of 34W, 30L Jeans, at £5 each. The queue was quite small and i got them paid for and walked out, i did see someone who i don't get on with and that was just a meh thing, i used to find her hot then she lost all of the curves she had and went Paris. Thats all i know.
The jeans that fit me ok but can be slim on the legs, but thats hence the name slim.
After that, it was more of a waiting game for Swaggy and Pete to meet up, but as i was walking around in HMV and noticed the Ubi merchandise (aka the assasins creed and watch dogs toys, which btw, Watch Dogs is getting REALLY good, i'm near the 4th act and all the side missions completed as well as collected items, i've got the AR games to finish). I noticed a text of a tweet "3 hours left until i finish for 4 days", suddenly life became like a game and there was a time above the players head, so i had to buy the gifts i've wanted to get pretty fast. Since it was half 12 i found out that and i had to speed up and get it to Jess before 3:30, which i'll get into what happened later. But the shopping trip was a fun one.

After i met up with James as he just come out of starbucks and i told him about it. So we started making our way to the market, which our first stop was. For fluffy socks. Now this was an idea thanks to asking Charli, (one i've not mentioned on here before, but just say shes a sister to Jess), when i DM'ed her on what to get her. So we browsed the market, looking in some clothes stores, then we looked at games and there was some manga comic, of course its not a hentai, but the less you know of that, the partly better if you like reality. Anyways i found some socks then looked and saw nothing, which was a bit of a shame, but a turkish guy, a really nice chap spoke to the others and said i was in there and i asked him, he looked and found something perfect, it was small fluffy socks, which looked nice and would do nicely. only £4.99 which i think was a bargain, well compared to goose fair but you know. After that, i had a thought from an odd dream (wasn't fantasy based) which involved giving a back massage with incense lit up to give a sensual smell. So i decided to buy a pack of 5 different incenses (2 of each incense) and a holder for them to be lit and all in all, that cost me £3.
Me and pete shopping in the market, i look like a tourist

Then we ventured out and walked to the closest Pizza hut and then the guy just binned James's starbucks then while he popped to the toilet, i ordered a small little £20 giftcard. That wasn't too bad on timing that i just finished when he came back. So then it was off to Poundland for the bags and another USB Cooling stand. well for £1  you can't go wrong even if it lasts 4 months. I forgot that the others held a place in the queue but i remembered and got that paid on my card, with ease and then we had to walk to barclays since Pete had some standing orders to book in. The casual was chatter, (i meant it was casual chatter on the way) from girls to this place pete went to which was nice and really remote, he nearly even convinced his boss to drive through Tavi. But as i got in there i noticed a beautiful girl, with soft arms and a nice summer dress on and it suddenly clicked to me that it was someone i know, Bridie. I did offer her a meal once as a birthday gift, i wonder if i would happen, but not for a few years i think :/. Also there was a good looking blonde girl talking to her and had a nice, no, a really nice bum in a pencil skirt on too, it reminded me of a bbw comic i saw once but i can't pinpoint it, i should of done something, i even got my glasses on to get a better look of them both, that failed when the blu-tack didn't work.

Then we left and went to to a lappy around the mall, which was ok, not much in terms of sales and girls, but as we were walking in, we were offered some Cinnamon pretzels that were freebies. OMG THE TASTY UUUMF. That was tasty and its not too bad for £3 a pretzel, well actually i heard of something similar for £0.80 but i need to check that for a later date. But then we had to drop something into HSBC then Llyods and Pete left us for work. So me and swaggy got back to starbuck and i packaged up the presents.
The range of Gifts. Total cost was about £29. Including the Bags, a pack of 2 x 5 different flavoured incenses, a holder for the incense, the envolope with something special and a Pizza Hut giftcard of 20 (feeder hint), all in the nice bottle bag
All the presents in the bag and another look at the Poundland USB coolers

A better view of the bag and cooler

After that, it was time to cycle out and get the next bit. So i left about 2:15 and headed out to my favourite florists as of late, which i've even been to when i was on the brink of tears. This florist is really good in value and service, even better than me to be honest. So i bought 2 of the same, one was for Charley, well since i miss my twerking best friend and shes been ill and down, it might be convenient. Then the other was of course for jess. It was easy to put it through the letterbox but it was not easy to fit the other one in my bag.
The first flower, £1

The 2nd flower, £1 again

Now its time to get over to the mcdonalds, i rush it and get there at 2:57. i also notice the drive through was closed. Anyways i park the bike by the scaffolding and then it turns out Jess left work. I went "SHIT" and walked out then decided to cycle to hers, well somewhere where i think she would be. But then halfway biking it, i get a text from Jess saying her manager called about me, and then said she was in Whitleigh, which was the opposite side but not too bad to reach. I get there in about 20 minutes then it was searching, she said somewhere near the bottom, which after asking a few people, i get my way there.

So, its nearing 4pm and i text her and she arrives with her sis. It was nice chatting to her, we talked a bit about emma, she was going to pick her up but she changed that for a date night with :@. Then she said emma had some problem with her laptop which was a suprise to me. Then she said if i found anyone else and i said no. That and she said about how she left early for work. That and her plans for the birthday weekend. Shes going to be US Legal too, which if things went right, she could of been a great partner for the Vegas BBW Bash, but moreso to give her a slight insight to it.. I gave it over then we split our ways and i headed back.

I took a route through Tamerton Foliot for a change, maybe a big mistake. But it was more scenic and the GPS was picking me up easily. The route back through southway, which was very near where i had the BBQ. But the route i did back was quicker than i thought.

Then it was the final bit of getting home and having a immense cold shower. But although part of me thought today went too far, i was happy with the way things turned out. But there is alot more things from me in the coming weeks.

Tavistock Goose Fair 2013: A Chilling Night

So it was after 6pm. i've just finished editing the day vlog and it was time to start to head out to enjoy the evening. I left just before my parents and ran down to the town, it was getting busy with people leaving and entering Tavi, buses were getting packed and all in all, mostly a better time. Even as i was walking, the bright and attracting rides were there and just as ever.
Heading down the fair from the West Side of Tavi, near Drakes Statue Roundabout.
As i was walking, i noticed a few things here and there, as well as stock being cleared out, the general atmosphere was more busier and harder to get around, but i was getting closer and closer to the fairground. Passing by almost hundreds of people, even some that knew me but didn't say hi or i thought wasn't shouting to/at me. But as i got to the fairground it was nearing towards 6:30pm and the clouds were getting darker and the night was closing in, which the bright attraction was reflecting on the sun very nicely and as the usual, taken some pictures.

Freddy's Revenge in motion while the lighting was as bright as ever

From this point, i looked around the fair some more, then started to make my way to the square, and just as i walk down, i end up meeting with 2 friends of mine, Summer and Meg, its been a while since we last saw each other, we asked how each other was, then she said about job wise and then no ones down here tonight, any of the old lot. She then said to me that Abbey split with matt, now years ago, i would of wanted to hear that, but now, i smiled and even though i was tempted, i know I've lost the chance, so there is no going back. Then i walked back to the fairground with them both, and i left them as they went on the dodgems. From here on out, it was 7:30 and started vlogging, just as it was raining, and i mean a heavy dose of light showers, which was a shame, although that didn't last long.

Since there wasn't much i've already covered, the clips were shorter and i didn't film as much, i did walk around and meet up with some people. Like i saw Eloise while i was filming, especially which her baby was due today or actually yesterday but as far as i knew, she didn't have the baby that night. As well as while i was looking at some sweets, i ended up right next to another ex, Sammy. I was right next to her, then she noticed me and said "hey you" in her cute voice as ever while nudging me with a plastic tub of sweets, she looked as nice, but more brunette hair than black but the same figure as always. I then walked around the fair and square some more:

Another view of the fairground from the opposite side of the car park

Tuson Evan's Ministry of Sound spinning as fast as ever and the speed is shown in this amazing blur

I walked around and I found a nice little invention which was a air based whisk, which is used to make a better froth for coffees or even make omlettes with it. You saw it in the vlog with a demonstration, i liked it to be fair, even bought one for £10 before i left. I'll do a review on it soon but if you want a similar one, look below:

As well as that, i ended up buying some more incense, since incense is a nice fragrance that you can burn and make it easier to smell and relax your senses, especially if you feeling various emotions and all. I decided to buy 6 for £5. which isn't too bad and there is about 10 in each box. But after buying those, i browsed and wandered the fair a bit more, i saw sadie and saffie and we talked for a bit, she even asked if i lost my virginity yet, i said nope, but she wanted to see my hawaiiian shirt so i gave her a peek. Then after that, walked around in general for a bit until 10:10 and then decided to run home and get prepared for rendering and the day blogpost. So i got home and then upacked everything, what i bought is below:

The 6 different packs of incense i bought for £5 and the whisk i bought for £10.

So this year has been an OK one, sure there wasn't as much of a good range of products this year but, the rides were slightly better than last, with repaints and all. I also seen people here and there, chatted and well just a glimpse to be fair. Heck i did even find out that Charley's family was there and saw me but didn't shout or i might not of heard them. But i did feel lonely as fuck, that is mostly my fault. But waking up on the morning after did make me realise i do wish i never moved on, but i said to myself, if i moved on, this would of happened anyway.

For now, that's a big event in my year almost over, once its the end of this week, then that's official Goose Fair done and over with, which is a shame but its a once a year of some amazing things at times. I'll let you know what's next for me in the Night out blogpost. Even this Saturday makes me realise that I've been a YT partner for 2 years about now. Which is pretty amazing and its also helped me with life and in a essence, selling my story.

For now though, i will see you Saturday
