#TavistockGooseFair2023: A Clear evening finale after work

 So this is the event finale, with the week getting wetter and the work getting busier to make sure this catch-up was needed, But as we learn the time is finally here and with this weekend to get time to catch up with it too, It felt a bit easier to get things up and also with a busy Sunday ahead. The vlog is below: 

The days after: 

Thursday was a lot of video editing and it was focused on the content to make sure it was uploaded, even with that it was a long time due to 2 visits after Thursday, but luckily a mistype in an email meant it was a change.  But in the end, after 5 knocks on the door and rising to upload the video at 6:30pm, I was then on my way to see a friend who wanted some help on an emergency bit so that meant a long run home in the rain after visiting him. The parent did not like that and moans I should have to call them.

Then it leads to the Friday, which in itself leads to be another long day which was going to be luckily on the bike for some distance but it was going to find out. It was going to lamerton for keyboard issues after the shop. That in itself was a semi long one, especially as it was the last night before I had the house to myself for a few days. The views on the way back was nice and you could see the lights from the fair from gulworthy too.

Then it leads to another nice meal after which was the mix of Pies and chips with some sausages and ceral to give the extra crunch too.

Then it was to be the big day of the Saturday.

The Saturday: 

As it was a recovery from the previous 2 days, it still semi-jacked on Gfuel with the chaos that brought on, it was going to be another cycle to work since the weekend was going to be just me and this was the time to get things caught up, with snap being from the same scammer as a few days ago, it was just getting to the normal stages of having to be able to fap to relax then get up and changed before a cycle in the sweat and spitty rain to work, with the downhills at 40mph to then up a hill at 5mph.  Eventually, I got to work.

Work was hectic and to be fair, the mixed weather helped clear things off and up, Since it was meant to be a quick couple of visits after work with some bits, Which it was then nearing 6pm and time to enjoy the sights of the evening vlog.

It was peace with exploring more bits the blue sky was out and the rides were in full swing, I missed the time to explore the Dino show since 6pm was the last show and also there were the Bluey and sonic mascots, I could have done a fake sonic copy signed as a competition. But the fair was still going strong.

Then it was most exploring and some people I did see and briefly chat to, before having to walk away and along side others. but it was mostly new daxws here and there wasn't much to shout home about, the rides were getting to the point of nice and loud too. But it was then seeing one or two other people about, The sight of the tent where the Jurassic exhcibits wrre was in the place freakout was on the Wednesday. Which is a change but still the aspect of the fair being more appealing this year too.

As i walked around for a second time, it was the more popular look at the stalls which gives the aspects of how people could win and the happy house was still in force which started from the beginning of the week too. But it was soon to head on my way back home, well back to the shop.

Then it started to come in with the clouds and the rain, its a passing shower but it still shows the act of october with the weather being flexed out. But I walked my way to the shop and the rain was starting to ease off a tiny bit.  

Then it was making sure the bits needed from the shop to make sure I was needed for what i can grab and need since of the weekend to myself, which in a way felt surreal and by about 7:40, I was off cycling home, the weather was dry, the lights were semi on and semi off. It was not too long and a sweaty lumburn hill later, I was back home and then it was time to get Rosie sorted out. But the glow from the Sky above tavi was nice ro see while the pulldown was happening.

Once that was done, it was time to get things going and once Rosie was walked, an idea of a curry and a Pie is a trend for those current 2 weeks after getting the Chicken tikka pies from ginsters earlier in the momth before.

And there we have it, it seems like the end of a SAGA for this and then it leads with the same of things to catch up. aka something of the non stop work like before. 

But see how things go and soon it wil have to be the start of the end of this year.

Tavistock Goose Fair 2022: is Back on a Saturday

 To be fair this is one of the quick posts to get caught up on since of being able to have a final walk of the fair before the fair leaves on the Sunday. But we then catch up and get a train home (Again). But this is now coming to the end of the ease of that week. The vlog is below: 

The Morning: 

I would go into detail on how i was getting into the factor of forcing to be up until 3am to 4am to speed up the process of the videos being done but that pretty much some distractions, But it ended up waking up at 8am and then going for the bus. So i got up and changed and by 8:10, I was by the bus stop opposite the station of where the vlog begins. 

I get on the bus and paid the £3 for the return since of the fact sometimes the buses are dealing with the card machines not working, but either way it was a quiet one on the buses. But then it was time to get off since it was 8:32 by the bus station and it was time to explore a quiet fairground in the morning, since they were not opening until 2pm then close at 10pm so its the 2nd time I've skipped visiting in the evening. But it felt timid and quiet to explorer, like one of them abandoned places video, gets to explore the lost and forgotten which actually isn't really forgotten since its only been like overnight and one morning. But have a peek at the pics while walking.

After this it was time to walk to work and see what lies for me, which was a long way of stress. I Got in and started to plan semi what to end up doing, was not a good time.

Well it was one of those long days with various question and catching up at the same time as an iPAd to change batter with hidden screws in which ended up my undoing since of the speed of this to be done and the speed of making sure it was sorted and the speed of the customer asking if it was ready yet and then the end of the day of finding out. But it makes amends when it ended up not showing a picture on the screen and not with the turning or charging, even with new battery and charging port. So it was going to end up costing £500 to sort out in the days ahead. But eventually it was about 6:15 after getting accounts done and then it was finally time to have a look at the fair, which means I missed the bus easily home. 

Time to explore. 

So I did what was said and time to explore. It was that little time left but It was very loud since of hearing it from 3pm and even when the doors were closed in the evening to do the accounts before getting out of the shop i was as well. Also the Stagecoach tracker did say it was over 10 minutes late. The Sky was nice and getting clear too.

Which then i checked the app and rushed my way to the bus station which was ending up on time, and well I got on the bus and paid the £2.90 for the single to the Bere Alston station.

So once i was on the bus, it was then a nice 20 minute wait on that bus, which was getting darker but not as dark as the future. But eventually everyone except me was off the bus and i was on the last few minutes before it finally parked up and I got off, i think it was me being the only one there this time too.

Now just my luck of when i got to the station, the train just arrived in, so i got off the bus and semi ran my way there and then sat on the train via the chairs and tables and was just the wait for it to go, which the ticket was £3.50 so it means getting a railcard for the saving in the long term.

Then it was a quite the change in life pretty quickly and well it means  it feels odd. But by 19:25, I was off the trai and a steep hill to run home on before time to greet parents and then have a bit of food before it was the end of the day

And so that was it and to be fair it was more video editing for the future forward on that, But from what things could go, it was going to be a long way to catch up.

Tavistock Goose Fair 2019: The Wet Browse Home

Well, here we are again, the final night of Goose Fair in 2019. Its been a casual one this year with gift ideas, distractions and even realising I went on a sugar binge The vlog is below:

The Saturday: 

Well after typing the post up from Wednesday night on a Friday night and I got to sleep about 1am and woke up to *censored* and that did make me nervous, sure there was a chance that Christea did go to NYC in the end.

So I ran to work a bit late (like 10 min late) but then it was getting to just cain some game listings on amazon, sure it was all a loss but it means like it clears room in the place AND also I get to make small amounts of money. But 90 odd games listed before a few customers here and there. But some of that pile has already been sold

Then it was the last hour, a Power cut happened which made me feel it was easier to close up early. But I had parcels to wrap from some of that games sold already. But due to the Powercut, there ws no way I could post it. So I made my way to the Fair.

Well, I explored it for about half an hour or so, there were more crowds than I guessed.  But I checked the doughnut stand, looked at candy floss. felt wet in the rain. The smoke was starting to show much more as well.

Then it was a walk home, reflecting over this morning and missing someone. Spar has not much in the place and then it was time to walk up the hill and then I was at home and getting this video up and a nice Chinese to finish the week off.

And then that was it, this week had ended. New videos will be made such as the REAL review of the Calypso Lemonade, the 4G Router, plus work is going to be hectic this week too.

Tavistock Goose Fair: A Wet Finale after work

Its the final day of the fair, things were behind and well, it was a quick way to get the vlog and week finished. From the time of buying a gift for my sister on her birthday to the donuts while seeing my landlords reps buy food and wait for donuts, The vlog it below:

The weather delayed the storm 

Well, during the days in between the vlog, the storm was going insane, the flooding with storm callum and the chance to be having all nighters and also feabie chatting along with whatsapp chatting to potential ladies which i will admit its distracted me a fair bit. That and the gifts from the Wednesday night blog.

But its been great and also no sign of black ops IIII Sold which is a shame and a customer who was having to bargain with me on Fifa 19, bragged to his mates so i pretty much said "I know you've been bragging about it" that and also its good news with repairs and things as well. But then it was the saturday .

Not much was around really, fair reides were going strong but some crowds were there, but most were wanting to have the day finished really, i did see a landlords rep and his kids and an old school mate who used to enjoy kicking me in the penis said hi to me when with his kids and missus but that was about it . In all honest i was waiting for the donut stall to be open, but that dog from wednesday night was barking for food bless it.

Then I went to get a pug from the hook a duck, so i paid £3.00 to have a go and won a pug, i could of had 2 wins for £6 and gotten a bigger one but it was not worth it at all. So i went for the small pug and headed to get some donuts, which that was the last 8 for £5.00.

And alas it wad then a walk home, with passing roads and also popping into spar and chatting with a relative of a customer and then I walked home, it was actually the end of a busy week and even though I have been alot less productive this time, it worked out nicely. #

Tavistock Goose Fair 2017: A Busy Clear Finale

The final night of the fair in 2017. This was it and after getting the clips and photos planned for the fair on Instagram and snap and a nice tea made, it was done and dusted with me. The vlog is below.

I ran down and by 8:15 ish, I was around and the fair was busy. Loud music and other factors came into play. I saw underagers everywhere, in clubbing attire but it was a time to walk around anyway.

Then by 8:35 i was walking into town, the square was busier since a wedding was on, but then I walked up to the Co -op, I noticed some PSN Gift Cards and a few snack deals. But then I walked out and made my way to Central and noticed some more gift ideas for Christmas at reduced prices.

Then I walked around the fair, it was the last few minutes and rides were packing up, but by 9:30, I was making my way home.

Then it was a walk in spar and run up the hill, which that was it, I finally have enjoyed this interesting week and took time. I have some ideas planned but also i need to focus on work as well, But we will see what happens.
