An Ecliptic Fireworks Championships

So this is an intense summer of so much variety:y, AI Slop poster about you, Various parts of one after another, meeting clients for meals, the list goes on, and really it's time to take a breath and a break, which is back to the usual traditions of the fireworks yet again. This time with the eclipse on our tail, the drought season of burnt grass and the final year that might be of disposable BBQs too, this will be one to remember for years to come. The vlog of the first day is below, since it's probably going to be less eventful outside of the bangs and their cityscapes now with the Redmi Note 14 Pro + 5G.

The Day:

The heat was making it a bit of a scorcher which was supposed to be less customers in and coming by, but after a bus ride in this mo rning before the shaving e  nought before, it was the way to get the going and catch cup and make sure devices were chqerged up, glass ready, laptop ready for a change and also the phone was ready for the time.  But it was all quiet eventually;y, with 4:4,5 I was my late afternoon ex. It was me to just get on with it and get 2 visits done.

Walking in the heat was not too bad; the 5pm windchill was a nicer touch for this,s and then it was the first of 2 visits all done and a nice calm effort. Sure, re there was thisWelshh cutie I’ve fed, and I sure found out shes in a relationship with someone else,e though she says she likes it in that wa;y but also shes no longer a feedee. That and also still in my mind is something from the past which was meant to be a new holiday to see but replies never seem to work as of late. Either way, it was soon to be 7pm after both visits, a few minutes away from each other and finally finished for the working day.

The Ecliptic run for the ..bus.

.

So it was 6:53, the bus arriving apparently at 7pm and me having to rush, but I got there at the bus station;n the timing was off, with another wait of 22 minutes according to the display. My plan was to do my usual, run to the last or second-to-last stop in town and get the bus. Which worked out actually amazing since it was the best way tosemi-actuallyy miss the whole night going dark because of the eclipse being at 7:15 p . So I ran my way to the end of the Redrow estates, which only had 5 minutes left until the bus arriving and 2 minutes past when the eclipse was going to be. I noticed the sky did go a slight bit darker, not completely dark, until well, I don't really know, since it never happened.

The Sun after the eclipse in the trees

Then it was getting on the bus, a double-decker and quite empty, I might add. The traffic queue saw queues jammed up until the end of the main road past the diner, but eventually, it was then a relaxing journey with only 3 people, including me, on the top deck journey as far as The George. Like for real, it was calm and peaceful, and one of the times I do miss taking the bus in the summer since it’s not all hectic crowds and the stress of people. But it also reminded me of needing to take it soon to see my regular customer. The Sun was still in the clear sky, making its debut, with the clear sky and much more of a summer feel.

The Glowing Sun with the setting background on the moors

The Car sales on the empty sort of top of the bus.

But it then was eventually leading to get to derriford by around 8:05, the crowds were starting to build up, more queues were getting rammed and it was actually the big traffic spree so it makes it feel like the town was going to be incredible busy tonight, plus it was also a potential feeding date on the cards with as message I reached out too a mutual on feabs. But no reply from 3 hours later would pretty much give a no.

Eventually though, it was going to be time to have a sip of water when at the stop in Derriford and also check for replies. The sun was out of its eclipse at this point and well back to the summer events that as a kid I used to dream of. It felt like a slice of the back days. Eventually, the bus passed mutely plain; it was getting more queues up, but soon it was our turn to get off at the strip.

The Supply walk to the Hoe

So it was about 8:25, and finally I got off the bus and walked my way through the reservoir of the u; i, from many omracer’s nights out, this part was featured and then seeing the direction of what could have been with C from years ago,o minus the same old excuses. As I was getting off the bus, I noticed there was a check with the trains; it was cancelled. Ohhhhh ***, here we go again was the original train of thought, but in this case it was actually, to the plan of getting the Bus back to callington like I did in the St Ives tap day out vlog.  But walking in a silent uni was a lovely feeling, and in this case it was something tranquil for a change. But eventually it walked my way past the SU:  op and into the main road to get opposite the former Money Bank building, to Drake's Circus. Crowds still around at that point as many were starting to make their way to the event.

With this in mind and half hour before B&M close just down the street, it was time I made my way there to get some new form of energy, this was the applied neutron blue raspberry shot, which is a nice boost of caffeine and as a curious £1 try a few weeks ago ended up making me sleep at 5am and that was not even on a focus time, so I got 2 of those, 2 bottles of water and also 1 pack of freedom which ended up costing £3.98,  which was not as bad as hought, since getting £1.01 is about right for 5 items.

The £4 spending in B&M with the energy drink and water

Then it was time to get the glass on and walk my way to the hhome Which, as the past vlog did, made it feel like a route I usually take, but with the concern of checking the trains and even by that point the trains seemed to be not cancelled anymore, which was a sign of relief, but a WhatsApp to GWR might not have made any change. Passing my way through Barcode to Barbican gave me the night-out vibes from the bank holiday era. I was impressed with myself really. Especially as the Redmi was behaving itself (there wwere2 reboots and also might have configured the GCAM Mod wrong, but that was fixed later on.

Then it was the sign of delight from the drones suddenly rising up as LED lights in the sky; this was actually a nice move for it, and as I was walking on the Hoe road, it was actually a nice semi-almost Plymouth advert, but some nice shapes from the rose, to the Plymouth in a heart. It really does have the ocean city vibe, and one day maybe a game might show how amazing it can look.

This then led to the fun part next of finding my spot.  This was almost a rush since time was ticking on and having to get to the viewing point was semi on my goal list this time around. So I managed, and by 9:26 I was there, and it was time to set up the tripod and use the nice calmer way to find the viewing point and show off the fireworks in their display.

The Displays.

So this was time to see them; the announcement was pretty quick this time around, so it was not on the part where I had to rush and start filming. The tripod’s phone grip was actually quite poor since it slipped like 3 times during this part; luckily, I caught the phone before it got that bit of damage to it. But once the case was off, it was easier to grip and then time to just film. The GCAM mod did a mess-up with filming, so screenshots during it weren't working, but I eventually got it going, and the first one was actually quite a bit of a bang.

Then it was the mini break, and this was the time to start the intro of the first sip of the Applied Nutrition blue raspberry energy shot; actually, this was quite an impressive feat, so I managed to start, but whoops, and ended up missing the point since the second display started. This one started out quite mild and calm.

Then it was actually a bit better for its time, but for it, I felt like it was not as exciting as the first. Sine it like stalled halfway and then carried on, but in the end there was a good few claps.

Then it was the final break, which for me actually was to down and mix their water and the raspberry shot, which had its nice diluted tang, since taking it on its own is too much energy I think I need rn, so it can let the body kick in when it needs to. But shortly after, it was the final, and this was doing quite a good shot for it. More booms and quite mini emojis in the display itself, and the 10 minutes were not as up as I thought, even with getting the angle better and even taking screenshots when filming on cam this time.

But then it was time to pack up and get the time to go home, since it was about to find out what the train was going to be and also if I had time to pay money into the ATM on the way back because of all of that. But packing up the tripod and then getting that ready to sort out means of getting back and also to explore the way home too.

The Fair and walk train back.

It was 10:30 and time to get out,t not get too rammed to find my way home, since it was the fun amount of the crowds. But once packed up, the tide was coming out, and it was looking like it was that moment of slowly crowds moving out and a bit of the slower pics,

Then it was time to walk up the stairs and as I passed one of the restueants, I noticed a free burger left on the side, but with the light, it looked like it was more than just a bacon burger, but as I taken a bite, I tasted some cheese, so ended up spitting it out and chucking it somewhere to dispose off since it was worst case going to go through me on it.

The Leftover burger

But it was the way to the fair to walk past the tower, and the crowds were much more spaced out. But the rides had some new styles; Tiki Bungee was a new one. But it had the good feeling of being calm but wild and also let the chance to see how the long exposure skills with the Redmi nNote14 Pro 5G could work, and not too bad with a bit of hand control too.

The crowds were dispersing gradually as it was nearing the 11 mark; it was then passing Armada Way. The signal came back,k so my text and WhatsApp did; Snap came back with the interesting prediction of a potential, but it gives me a feeling of like a hidden truth might be awakened.

But the fountains were still going, and now much spillage from the recycled water did make it more amusing and more of that like feeling of the cooldown so many need with their feet. Especially as I was wearing thick socks, which did not help a fair part either. But it was then to pass the bank, which the debate with it being 10:55 and was like it will take longer than 10 minutes to get it into the machine and didn’t even count it, so for me thats not worth it.

The LED Strips in the waterway are a nice touch.

Then it was to get the train and make sure I could get home, since for me the train was now running as it should and that sigh of relief. But it was surprising to be a bit later than it was, so I decided to tap on and off in case that was one reason, but the train only came back in dead on 11:16pm as well. Which then the tables, all bar one. Were taken since it was empty boxes on it. Which I set my place and then I was off home.

The ending of day one

Well, it was time to go; that feeling, it was a nice, successful day. I managed to sort myself out and ended up getting what I wanted to enjoy while this was the case. The train was easy; my head was getting a bit of a ufs to get this typed up, and I felt like I was not dragging there. Then it was to get off the place and to the fridge to see what was there before I wanted to finally get to bed late and sort out getting the first part of the video up, especially that chicken pasta salad in bed was a nice little treat to enjoy as well.

Take care
