The final shopping vlog of 2017, boy, it was a busy, expensive and exhausting one to say the least. But minus a important present, I've got all who I needed to get. So let's enjoy this vlog when in a rush on a cold and things didn't go how I planned.
The journey,
So I was Planning on cycling in, it would of made it easier in some sense if I didn't buy as much as I have, but instead mum and dad were heading to B&Q so it made a good idea on tagging along with them then my own way to Town. There was chatter, runny noses and also 2 Xmas cards my dad had to drop off, but then then by 10:20. I was running my way to town.
The sky was clear blue, the pavement was closed and I was running on it anyway, the runny nose was making a protest and sweat was soaking me up. But I managed to make it over in about 43 minutes which is pretty good with rucksack and a cold.

The shopping
I had a list of things to get. Some of which were cheap and some were more money than I guessed. But we head off to drakes circus for our toilet business first.
What the list of things I had to buy (Crossed out is what has been purchased in blogpost)
The lights from Drakes Circus
Once that was done, we got the first present. Next, it twas, with the scarf and giftcards. well, I noticed a set of a Scarf, Mittens and a Pompom hat which came to about £34 and then a giftcard on top worth £25. £59.00 was the first of my worries.
Then i managed to get to buy something on impulse, Google Home Mini, now £34, there was no reason to pass on it, gulped the one charcoal up.
Hope, which has been and gone in life these days #throughglass
Google Home Mini, finally mine £34.00
Then I went to Met Rx and asked about something for Katie, but sending it will be a pain so I didn't bother. But then it was looking in different shops and bargains and glass having a dying battery. Recharging it and exploring was nice, people busy, Christmas songs, 5 for £1 on reduced things and more. The aloe vera juice was what i was going to go for looking back on it now.
Then it was to the market, not much there but computerbase had a card reader which was exactly what I needed,so £4.99 to fix an SDXC card might be ideal.
The SDXC Card Reader for £4.99
After this, I went to look for a phone, yes, for my Grandad, since he wants a budget phone to use as a mini tablet, but he doesn't need it powerful, so it was deciding to either use my supplier, or use Argos or a second hand shop, but after looking in both, I didn't bother. Which then it meant on to the Land of the Pound, which actually has been in trouble ish on credit ratings, but from the looks of things, people were buying off the bat, with no intention of small queues. This was really the case, the queue was too long to even bother, but a usb cable i was needing, it even was out of stock of that too. So i was to walk up to the other Poundland.
The bottom of town always has ideas #throughglass
Then we pass Greggs, an important part of this journey, but this is where the day felt downhill. So i walk in there, with a queue, i let a girl who was after me who friend of the girl in front, go before me. Since a simple sausage roll, then i go. With a nice rep asking and so i ask for 2 x £25.00 gift cards. Which at this point, it always happens with me since the rep has to ask another rep for help, happened in Pizza Hut, Happens in Weatherspoons, Happens in Nandos and other restaurants. But then i ask for how much a cheapest cold drink was, which was a walk to the fridge and see £0.80 for a bottle of warter, which was a fair posh price. But i go back and she tells me that they have run out. My Face dropped, plans ruined, and well it basically made me say "i've planned this for months and a simple thing like a giftcard is always tricky", I even asked if they could just print it on a Piece of Paper. but nope, then i just walked out.
But then it was to the Christmas Market, well after the 2nd Poundland. This was actually much easier and less queues, like the new Twin Peaks bar to buy for mum and dad, the usb multi cable, wrapping paper and more Apple Pies for my dad. So that was a nice £7.00. Also that Vlog kit might be useful next week too.
The £7.00 combo from Poundland
Then it was the Christmas market. Now lets go from the beginning which has the Xmas trees tent which then leads to more stalls than work sometimes. But from Bars (3 of them) to a couple of BBQs, some churros and also the clothes and other bits of craft. But i noticed a stand with scarves and I saw this nice colour one for my nan for £8.50, which I bought that one too. We also talked about plastic bags (48 for £1.00) she, the rep joked "Thats too expensive for me" which made me wonder if that deal is a rip off and how bad she would react to 100 for £3.00. But it was nice anyway.

Pig President Meme is actually a real business
Then it was off to GAME, which things were looking intresting, busy and N Sane Trilogy was £22.99 and I was tempted to purchase that for work since its cheaper than others. But i passed and made my way up to Drakes Circus for one last bit. Wondered into boots but it was wayy too crowded so I went to newlook but that was busy and why was i in here, I asked myself so, I went back to boots and looked for Nivida (I meant Nivea) But went for a Dove set for £16.00 in the end for my mum.
The Dove Set
But there was nothing there after this for me, so it was time for me to pack up and make my way to FarmFoods. I Packed up and another 37 minute run endured.

The distance I had ran, it did make my nipples hurt
With the rain coming on, it made it harder to run but once i got to FarmFoods, I was blessed with deals and i was wondering around for the Fruit Section. I ended up picking up Strawberry, Mango and Pineapple. 3 for £5.00. Then it was a case deal I would be excited at. 3 x 24 Cans of drinks for £17. So thats 69 cans for £17.00, holy shit that was a deal, so after calling mum and texting her, I went for Lilt, Fanta Zero and 7up. That was then and I added some Jubbly ice lollies as well as a drink for me. £23.89 was the value but getting it home, well that was a tricky moment. But the rep was super helpful as well as hindsigthed. But I managed to heave all of it to the Crownhill Flyover bus stop in time for the bus.
some of the deals for £23.89 is shown like the 3 packs of cans for £17.00
Struggling with that was a fun and distracting moment, but after i gulped down the lilt can that fell out, the bus arrived. Which by damaging the Dove box, I manged to heave it. I got on the bus for the £5.00 single back to Tavi, Sat where push chairs and wheelchair riders go and relaxed there, with the clouds dark, the roads soaked and also the bus pretty busy, I even saw a customer and we chatted nicely. But then I also called mum and she was in tesco in Tavi so it wasn't that far to get a lift back since i was being lazy af today really.
Getting to Lidl before going home
Then that was it, I was finally home and it was the end of a long day. I'll get a Christmas haul up and it will show more presents than last time. But something more relaxing for this year.
This was a mix of expecting and unexpected, with goose fair only days aways, I had chance to get another vlog and blog done, especially with the fact that I had a voucher to spend (the remaining 70 odd quid from the POWWOWTV competition) and also might be needing a spare hard drive for things as well. enjoy the vlog below
A Calling Morning
I was waking up at the normal alarm time, I checked the social stuff and a few snaps and Reddit posts before a moment of fap. but just as I finished, a call came up with a customer so I had to answer that which I got the crash 1 final part rendering by then which I also got uploaded via the tablet, the router can power it nicely. After saying a plan about going to plymouth, for shopping, that was ready to go. sure I had an eBay customer to deal with and breakfast too. a nice ham salad sasuagesroll sandwich.
The Ham Sausage Roll Salad Sandwich
Then by 12, we were off, driving in the rain, chantell was talking on snap to me, some body snaps of her gains which were nice. Then we got to go on the bus. we went on the George park and ride.
The Bus journey and wait.
We got on after waiting 15 minutes or so for the bus, a few people got on and £6.60 for a return for 3 people ain't half bad. We paid and went to the back of the bus, it was not too busy but more stops on the way and listening to chatter was a good way to go, by argyle, it wax heaving and eventually we got off at the usual stop I do for events or nights out in town.
The usual Bus stop. in rain
We went to oggys first and a chicken pasty, chips and beans was the deal, sure £6.5 but it's nice for what it was. The chips were like fries which i did like, the beans were not that hot which is good and the pasty is tasty from them.
The Pasty, Chip[s and Beans
The shopping
So, Just as I leave, a customer called me on how to install; Spotify on his Mac, Once that was it, we were in Sports Direct, where I needed to buy 2 BIG BAGS. Well for work anyway, It was £3 for each bag. But Then we split up and the vlog began.
2 of these MASSIVE Sports direct bags top put stuff in work with. A useful thing
My first stop was actually Game Zone, some nice Japanese import titles but not stuff i need,. Then it was time for Cash Converters, which that was some deals, like a £229 retro game emulation station,
Then it was time to visit WANTS which me and the rep had a chat on Hard Drives.
AS i was heading to computer Base, I noticed the building that rhythm city use to be. Then it was on my way there, Seeing some HDDS and a Ryzen 1600 which a client wanted a 1500x but wanted it for £110, I then walked my way in the rain to the Asian Supermarket, this is where things really went on a shopping spree. Like I really spent £25 on things, Topping up on the Aloe Vera juice and also some snacks to review at some point, also I did get some noodles that a cute girl on snapchat recommended to me years ago.
The £25.20
After that was my way to Drakes Circus, Passing CEX and also METRX since the girl i said i was falling in love with was thinking about weight gain shakes, so It was a picture of Serious Mass Strawberry, since a girl i did buy clips from used to love that stuff.
CEX was quite popular, busy queues. CPUs for a bit and some laptop hard drives for a few £38 quid and also 3 SNES Minis, Then it was time to head off to Game. Which i saw deals, some like Cuphead and Sonic Mania and other facts. But then it was time to get up to Drake's Circus.
Then it was to Primark, which the start of Jeans shopping, I did see this lovely girl i follow on insta when i was waiting in the Queue to get the jeans, it was £33.00 for 4 pars. £8 each for 2 of them, £10 for one and £7.00 for another. I will be able to cut them to my style, though my parents hate it.
The 4 pairs of jeans for £33.00
The queue was really long, I was gripping onto this bag like mad, but that was Paid up on the gift card and then it was a Rush to the Other Game since it was a few bits to spent. Now this was where I got Cuphead and a PS hoodie, which i could use for vlogs and maybe PS Streaming too. But that came to £36ish.
The Hoodie and Cuphead
Then it was time to meet the parents and head off for the bus home, we left town at 4pm, this was wet and my back was soaked in sweat, the grip on my hands in a sore mess and the rain was there. Then it was into the car and off to B&Q for bits and shopping then it was time to go home.
A late afternoon in B&Q
Then it was time by 6pm, it was then the journey home and that was it for this vlog.
Now i'm going to get this up soon and then it s time for Goose Fair Prep. Check out the Snapchat filter next week if you get chance to use it. @me or send me some using the #tavistockgoosefair17 hashtag.
Twas the 3 days before Christmas and Santa needed to get some people presents and also see the sights of a city before it ends the year of 2016. Join him as offers and crowds are abound.
The preperation.
So he woke up, after getting hyped up with what today could bring. He got up and went for a shower, with the Hot chocolate chilli shower gel on his skin and hair wash to make it real. Then he proceeded to getting changed but before that, He checked his E-mails and his FreedomPop account since it was Billing Day and found out he was suspended, He called FP up from the house phone, spoke to a rep and went through the rebilling process and also had to add premium voice since he realised his ulefone paris doesn't let the FP app show the keypad. After that he got prepared, his trousers ripped but he put jeans on underneath to make sure it wasn't too embarrassing for him. Then by 9:58 she was ready to cycle to buy the gifts
The outfit
The fresh cycle.
The cycle was a reasonable one, with cars hooting when passing and the weather with bluesky and eventually after breathlessness and legs tirring and bigger rips, the time was nearly 11:30 and then it was there. The bike was parked and he was ready to go for a toilet before getting the presents purchased.

Time for shopping
He arrived and after his Toilet break to find bigger trouser rips, he started. Exploring places in Drake's Circus was for later so he walked to Maplins to find some reasonable headphones, but the prices were a bit higher so it was a nope from me. Then I walked towards the bottom of town, visiting the market and other parts like Cash converters, Wants and Nerdz. Not much in terms of deals for me this time, but it was time to walk up.
A view of the crowds at the bottom of Town
As he walked up, it was seeing the crowds everywhere and the Christmas Market had fleed. But he made is way into CEX which had an idea of a 4GB DDR3 laptop stick for £10 and a 1TB used SSHD for £45. That was tempting for him but he didn't go for it. Then he walked into Game and noticed when browsing, there was a Freedompop Sim Pack, which tempted him, so he went up ahead and thought about it.
An Empty Plaza
He was Looking Back to the sundial
Then I walked up to Drake's Circus, with crowds heaving in various places. But before that, was Game, which Had the NowTV card but not the FP Sims as far as he saw. The sights were full of crowds, queues in stores, classic dance tunes (which you heard) in HMV as well.
Drake's Circus at a busy time
He went to HMV and looked around at the headphones, but Then he called someone after asking for a rep for advice on them, it turns out it was for a tablet, so he went with the Sony ones for £19.99. Then it was him to choose 2 DVDs for £20 due to an offer, so he went for Warcraft and Secret Life of Pets. He then proceded to pay, it came to £39.99 and that drake's circus gift card he won paid this.
The presents for £39.99 in total
Then he proceeded to look into clintons briefly, which actually looked like a heaving mess and then he looked at this card pack for £2.99 and pondered before ending up accidently walking out with it, he rushed back to put it there and was a phew. But then it was a costa trip for giftcards which actually was funny when they ran out of stock. So It was a case of going to the Costa in waterstones.
When he got in there, he was waiting in the queue and this amazing blonde ssbbw was serving, with her cute hair to her round smile to her amazing shape. She was lovely in accent and kindness too. She even complimented him and he got the 2 £10 costa cards, but the gift card didn't work for paying for it. So 2 £10 notes was the way to go. He even got a feeling below when looking at her.
The costa gift cards, £20 in total.
When packing them up, 2 old ladies talked to him, hoping they would get something nice for christmas from Santa, and one hoping he would see Santa after 8 years or so. Then he packed it in the bag and headed out to buy the next gift. The NowTV Pass and FP Sims. So he got them and waited in the queue and there was almost a struggle to get the giftcard to be paying for it, since the staff asked about how much was on there, but they got it sorted nicely.
The nowTV pass and the FP Sims
Then it was a case of him wandering around town, seeing deals and trying to get some wrapping paper and that was a poundland idea. Which they struggled to have idea for christmas card packs so he left, which was a shame since there were so many ideas that could of been had. Boots was heaving and full of ideas he didn't know on what to pick.
The selfie of Santa in Glass
Then he headed back up and went to Lush but that was queueing and it ended up a trip for M&S which was busy and had some good ideas, like running lights and other bits, Then work called and he was busy dealing with that, while looking at perfumes and other bits and pieces.
The lights #throughglass
Then it was time to head to get the cards and the wrapping paper he was needing to buy. So Clintons it was, with a shorter queue and the cards were not too bad. Luckily that cost £4.50 so that was time to get that paid for and then time to see how he gets home.
The wrap and the Cards to Write out
The wet journey home.
IT was 3:18 and he cycled off, with his shopping done, Santa finally could get home, with wet weather towards the end and a phonecall halfway through made a delay to happen. The legs were tiring, the trousers were soaked and the phone was being low on battery. By Monksmead, it was a shame that the back tyre went which meant it was a struggle for him to get up the hill but then the chain fell off which sadly made things easier just for him to walk up. So in 2 hours and 2 minutes, he was finally home.
The view back of town
A Stormy night was approaching.
And that was that, Santa was ready to get this all sorted and after a small meal, he was ready to get this up. Just 3 days before christmas. But this will be the last of him this year...
