A Foggy Relaxing Christmas

 So its this time of the year already,  Christmas is here and well this year is a stark contrast from ther negativity and events of 2023, it was still an aftershock of things and it can be. It was a also still catching  up from the previous time of what happened after the exeter shopping.  But this was a  time to relax, or more to make sure preparation is ready for the big day . But these 2 days will feel different, since arrangements this year meant christmas day was more closer and less eventful than the boxing day

This in itself was a intriguing once since it was the 2nd proper day of feeling a cold, I was getting a fever and soaked in sweat as i woken up. But that was about 7:45 am, Then after getting changed and coughing up mucus, plus a replacing a n3050 motherboard to take into work that was for a clickets project of something semi nostalgic. But I then got the bus with mum which but just arrived. WE both got on and it was a few more people than the day before too. 

Eventually I got into tavi and then we both walked to town, Which then i went to work where mum went coop. Since I was still feeling a bit of a fever so things were cold to the touch, bur with 3 layers on it was well help me get things warm. 

AS i got in it was still tying up things and plan that  was going to be the place today, since there were some finished chores off before the bigf estive season of the  2 days off to approach. Since there always will be people wanting higher end stuff last minute or even other. But it was one after another and got things to its place. Sme repairs to finish off and various minu task to catch up through the day. 

But time passed and irt 2as soon the last hour where a customer was on the phone and also someone waited around to ask last hour of the working day if there was an iPad in stock. Which i did not but Argos having them or £289 is light daylight obvert on value so he had to rush there by 6p, Which then i got out and rushed my way to get home early for a change for the not last bus home.

Then it was the walk up which on the way back was more bags of salad which i took back and freed, the rain was misty and damp too. But then I got back in and it was nice to finally have a nice bit of light bites for the christmas even tea, since even though my flu was kicking in and working thought it to sort out the christmas shopping vlog still which was overdue and one of the regrets with vlogging the going to exeter was the last minute delay of rush for the video editing..

Eventually it was time to sort things out with christmas day being fast approaching.  Since I was still engrossed in the video editing. Eventually I was to bed about the 1am mark. Then it was present wrapping at 2am

Christmas Day

Overall, the christmas day was a quieter day in general and it was coming to plan out the day to sort. The first task was to sort out filming the christmas message which I had an idea to myself on how to do this.  But we first wake up about the 9:30am mark after a fap over a sheffield cutie. Then it was time to wake up and see what plans next to go on.

Then it was greeting mum to see how she was getting on. since I was getting gruff on my throat so it made it a risk for filming the christmas message, but i got it done. But after greeting mum she was on her ipad, So it was time to get changed and walk my way to a field to then was my time to get recording. I was on the way and noticed people running on the road in the mist as well. But I made my way to the mini field on the mist before it was time to film The mud was pretty intense and even i nearly slipped, but the burger oodee kept less muddy.

Tben it was time to walk to the food fridge to pickup some salad which was a nice change to find some salad to pick up. Which then i made my time to get back up home and ten time to clear things up before it was time for some breakfast of a toasted sandwich.

Then it was eventually leas to me top cain the editing for the Christmas messages which i had to pause earlier than planned since tea or the christmas dinner was an hour and a bit earlier than it was planned originally. Which this time it was nice and tasty but not too much of the meat and the vegetables. Then it was to be what was actually tasty but not too burning in the mouth.  But it was nice and felt a tasty normal roast on a sunday. The table was not really festive.

Then it was time to enjoy some of the time with being about to eat, the food was nice and it was not to worry on. But eventually it was time to clean up and finish up string the christmas message video. It was then nearly 2:30 and time it was finished and uploading to the socials. But then it was soon time to sit down and watch the kings speech, even with the time of  the royals losing the itr popularity and also with the discussions meaning much less than it seemed.  But it was nice to watch for the least.

Then it was the case to then be able to pen the presents for us after. I got some nice ones like a hoodies and also some gift sets which mum and ads enjoyed their presents too. Which it was more useful bits this year to enjoy an deal with. But that was soon lived shorted and time to watch a movie on netflix together.

Then it was that peaceful night to have and spend, with just taking it all in and having that bonding time while traying to doom scroll om some bits and typer on the other. But time was just relaxing until it was then leftovers for dinner that night. Which the evening the meals like that are nice for sure.  But then it was time to relax with family for the rest of the night watching Top Gun Maverick, which actually instead was nice until a friend on fb wqasd pleasing me to call him to help with the PS portal setting up. But by the time that was done, it was the end of the night. Which for me was then to sort out other posts to do. 

But really from that, it was the end of christmas day and then time to sort oput the boxing day part

Boxing Day. 

This day was going to be how things go and this year was still going to be semi awkward but at the same time it was also the only family get together this year had to bring, ok next year was going to be another wedding but instead it was a long time aware for things to get going with. But we begin with another misty walk after making nicer turkey leftover toasted sandwiches.

Then it was more killing time until all 3 of us decided to take Rosie,  out for a walk to see what happens, it was misty and very foggy wit that little of dam prain that after a while does get to you, that was also cold and a very weird front of weather, but even the sun tried to escape the clouds when overlooking the valley.  Plus it was also more phone called from a few customers in work

But then it was time to get back and change after a nice warm shower, with the hand of me being tucked away somewhere, but it was then a text from sister about our presents to come later on. since it was not the right place to do that or something. So i had the warm shower and got out to tell mum, before it was the time to get change and make our way there to my dad's brothers place again. 

As we drove it felt a sense of odd shame and time to pass as well as awkward bits but time flow and withing 30 minutes of being in the thick mist, we got there. Which in itself was nice but at the same time it had a very mild christmas about it, but we got down there then greeted and it was just killing time, since sister  with kid was slightly late and drinks were offered with a mix of Christmas music. But time passed and eventually it was time to have a bit of party buffet food which i had a mixe of burned roast potatoes with some ham, potato salad and even some egg too.

But while this happened a message from a old friend that changed a fair bit was asking about her xbox account being lost which that that was a short reply before not hearing from them again. But after that it was the case it going to be the part of being the present giver with various fun gifts of secret santas and loads to the kid and grandad so it was a nice twist on that. But with various chatter from choir singing to even other things and some family drama to build with seeing an uncle or mostly all except our side of the family for some reason due to crowds. That and another house tour which a lot can change in one year. 

But eventually time moves on and it was time for us to leave, this was actually earlier than expected of the 3:30 mark which was good. But it was nice to have a cosy end to it. Which actually the time of getting home was for the next stage of another misty dog walking selfie.

But then it was time to just let things slide and after finally catching up with the video editing, it was time to have more leftovers before it was time to finally relax with parents before working the rest of the week which would be quite a interesting week for sure. But the leftover alloli and more chicken bits makes it nice and easy for sure to handle. Plus the salad always helps its vibe.

Well there we have it, with things caught up and a relaxing christmas in a foggy 2 days, its been a one i probably will not remember but sometimes  its good to forget a christmas that was not eventful, others i heard was the opposite and i feel sorry that happened to them. But at least this will be a nice way of twixmas to enjoy the show of the final few days of this numb year.

A Working but Final grandparents possibly Christmas 2022

 Well it's that time of year already, work gets hectic, things seem just aupikot, lights are out and now it's coming to a head of how this Christmas is supposed to feel different but actually, I'm right, it is different like this just makes it something or other. But here lies a tale of a Christmas much less happy and one more of feelings I'm not even sure of. 

So we have to go from the trilogy down to just one post, that's how short this can be but we'll begin

A morning 

With a blogposts underway of the review of the year, trying the evenings of what left I have to get them sorted without all nighters, I woke up after yet another fap but this girl is nice but might be 9 years too young but doesn't ask for .£. So that's a bonus, but I get up at 7:57 and then clean teeth before a change and then run for the bus, as mum left to walk the dog and I ran past, it was dense fog, so if that bus I missed, the another 1 hour run it will be for this tale. But no I got to the station stop around 8:12.

I waited in that fog actually for 2 minutes and the bus arrives, it looked legit only me on there, wow, such Christmas eve, such hard people busy. But then I got on after paying the £3. The bus was only 1 other person getting on down the hill and there was one right behind me, so yup it's one of those days. I eventually got off and decided it was a well needs walk to go to film the message So I got off at monksmead and time to make my way over to the same place I'd done videos before and it was a shocking sight to see.

As I got that sorted in one take, it was good to reflect on parts I've typed up about in the year in review and well that in itself is a fair thing and challenge to do, But eventually it was 8:50 and I was on my way, one walker by i said hi to then it was the old tradition of running down the hill to work. It felt good by I was starting to feel it in the legs well the ankle. But I got into the shop and it was time to open up and deal with work.

It felt actually quite quiet to begin with but around the 10am mark, and it was starting to get busy, with alot of  small sales here and there, some calls like VGA Cables and also it leads to a switch a dock which was then leading to various parts of like cables, earphones and various games were sell. But it was also then a key of the  email back and forth as well as the aspect of well, the retail life and it was also emails with the last appointment to be a home visit at the end of the day. 

But as it goes for it, it was getting sunny and it was also that wet aura in the end with parts of things, customers were popping in and out for the most part, it was also one delivery to turn up but another did not in the end, partway in the end it will be customer to deal with a contract payout but that i not my place to choose on that. But in the end it leads to learning another parcel arrives and just as it leads to 4pm, one last minute conversation and sale then leads to getting out of there and locking up, which then leads to planning. That and some vouchers were printed with that potential to support friends that supported me in a recently, some of those i've mentioned in the review of the year. But that will be given tomorrow at some point while video editing the message. 

AS I left I decided to pop in to spoons to get some gift cards which actually it was quite busy in there, like even saw one of my customers and that was nice to catch up, then it was time to picked up the 2 x £10 gift cards.

Afterwards it was head out to my customer next, only just up the road, but then it was to sort out why only office does not auto save on iPadOS but WPS was the fix, then it was about 16:55 and time to run home, yes another 6 mile run in 1 hour and 15 minutes or just over actually. The rain did start to pour heavy on part the way. But It was going to be the case of some cars about and stopping in laybys.

Eventually I got home.

So this was interesting, I got in and greeted my dad and sister watching Pearl Harbour and it felt very eeary coming home, but I got some of the food from the leftover buffet which was nice of onion rings, ham, a lush potato eggy salad and it did feel nice to have, it was one of those things, it felt lime some big news was going to be told but instead it didnt happen, which is good and the food is something to take things easy it. 

then it was a case of taking things easily and being able to watch a few nice movies on this night with parents, but there was the wrapping of the cards which i added the spoons card in there too. But then it was just taking it easy and taking the post to be written up, since actually I'm close to catching up.  But due to the timing.

But it was then enjoying Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, which has its charms but only had one point which was of the sister part, the Kevin Bacon parts was interesting to say the least. Then after that they went for a walk While i watched some BNA while typing up. But this was a short half episode before parents arrived back, but then we settled down and watched a space between us while listening to the conversations on how this day went while I worked it. 

Once that was done, it was time to go to bed and a toilet at midnight then a nice fresh stand outside to see how things looked, the windy out there was clear but the clouds were covering. But like it was a way to reflect what was going on and then Finley was then sleeping on my bed while i finished typing up the Eve.

ITS CHRISTMAS, well I don't feel the spirit of it as a near 30 year old with the recent changes but it was the goal to get food delivered to grandparents, help setup a TV and also even get some vouchers sent and relax with parents and sister and open presents up. But I ended up typing until 1am and thne fap and bed around the 2 ish mark.

But then i woke up around the 8ish mark to then get a fap going since the plan was to rush editing for the 9am mark to start But by 9:20 and a fap over someone from the past, it was time to get up and parents went for a walk from 9:48 or so and that then lead to be able to get it. But instead it was taking the breakfast of a ham Christmas cookie potato salad sandwich.

Then it was some cleaning of the plates before it was time to really get this video cained and it was the next 2 hours to get that done. But it was tough getting that sorted out to really find that way to sum up what I explained in the video, from the small bits which partway through editing, when  My sister then arrived and when speaking she told me the news of the future and actually made a joke of how I'm gone be planned to kit out them with tech and teach. Legs really started to shake but form the past 2 weeks, i've had hints and found so not a surprise but its going be a test of stress and realise the 30 year old virgin life is closer and closer. Eventually I got the video rendered and copied to my phone in LITERALLY 5 minutes later than when we were about to leave. But then uploading it in the car with Lyca data was worth it. 

But then it was off to go to see the grandparents.

So with the car on the way. all 4 of us were in the car and ready to go, the weather was not too bad, some mild heat and dry on the roads for the most part and that in itself was a good sign. But the video taking its time to upload between 4G and 3G since lyca have its moment, but then it was we getting there and the unloading of the Food and presents. But it was then getting to the part of uploading 

that vlog which Turns out the wifi in their house was not working, so it lead to be having to reboot it while helping out with the landline not working well due to non rechargeable batteries fitted in the doro phones. But in that, it was time to get the video finished uploading while unloading the card like the 32" Samsung TV from work.

But then it was the case of the uploads complete  which was a releif but, then it was time for the lunch. Which I had to help naan get to the table, she was slurring in speech and had to help her lift up from the chair to then try to use the walker to get to the table. She was in a bit of pain and things are for sure looking back which i'll explain eventually. 

Then it was time to eat and it was really nice, from the casual 3 bird Roast + Gammon, roasted parsnip, roast potatoes and also the brussel sprouts had a bacon seasoning to it, sauce wise there was only Cranberry and gravy to be fair. This was also the time for a be real for be dne as it was notifying us to take one.

As it progress, nan try to eat, grandad was drinking more glasses of baileys, chatter from the news to other things like phone calls, but nan was talking about things that didn't make too much sense, which with how the Alzheimer's was progressing in her, it was starting to not surprise but it was soon to be the realization that things will change and that change will break hearts and realise that this is the final Christmas with granparents. 

But as i was finishing my 3rd portion, it was soon time for desert which all I could go for and like was strawberry cheesecake which was nice especially with the berries at the top of it which it was a lovely frozen one. But We finished that and it was time to then tidy up before it was the quest for the vesa mount.

Then it came to starting to get the TV sorted in their bedroom, with a vesa mount and the Samsung 32" HD TV.  Which to be fair this was alot trickier since the screws with the mount were not being able to fit but after talking, some screws in a screw box, worked and then it was getting to be around the time of the King's Speech.

But then it was a short but semi or highly religious speech in most ways in that, but it ended by 8 minutes past and it was time for Aladdin, But back to the Mount and the TV which was helping Dad Drill it it to the wall, and after an hour of stressing, we got it and then the TV was setup and plugged into the wall and mains and ready to go. it reminds me of some of things i've faced when the review of the monitor arms happened . But eventually it was done. 

After a break it was time to go through presents, so many various types like Snoodies (Oodies like), Stephen Brown artwork and various essentials, like lets make this on it was nice presents that as kids might not make any sense but coming up to the age I am, its really become useful at this age, from shaving foam to more deodorant (which to be fair i've skipped for most of actually this month) and there are always interesting ones like Donut making kits and even this brown bracelet that i have to use a Iseasomo tool to even remove it to then put it on my wrist. But it was about the time of Aladdin being finished which we then finished and packed things away, a cat hiding in the house was had to leave as adorable as this black and white stray was spending time with us in the afternoon.

Then it was the drive home once all packed up. 

The Evening: 

So the drive home was the talk of the future and with that talk means that is the end of family Christmas for this, like since it is too much for nan to stay her home safely now, it means that things are beginning to end and shes in a bad way, it will be some tough decisions as early as next month which will or might lead to some other more to me choices but it has to be done, like that I'm not certain but what i know is it really started to hit home tonight of the fact that that was the last Christmas with them as a full. Sure it also was going to hit home with Christmas with someone new as well so it just feels completely out.  

But we then got back home and unloaded and sister then got her things and drove off to her fiance's parentrs house for a evening Christmas do but could not stay since she had work tomorrow, I aosl got back to having to open some cards and presents which were from the day before since I got back late, one was a secret santa and one was from a customer I've helped in the shop a few times.

but then it was set ways and to check things, you fucking know when the PAGE for WORK gets a message for wanting to book in and also earlier was told to not go to work on Tuesday so that means its going to be calls to deal with. But then it was time to have a nice bit of leftovers from gammon, stuffing, ham, salad, potato salad and even onion rings which always does the good sign.

But then it was after tat some Christmas cookies for desert, then watching Barbarians on Netflix until midnight while being able to Type this up, But as far as things go, the main festivities were at an end and this was also me realign Christmas is going to feel so much different from now onwards. Heck then while typing this up around the 1am mark, the 20 year Old i'm feeding and flirting with was enjoying her fish style roast for Christmas or that was what was around the Christmas eve time. 

As i then woke up at 2am to then get the cat back in the house, it was time to sleep and then wake up to a Boxing Day to do another family outing or depends on the weather.

So it ends up actually a quiet day, I woke up actually about 9:20am and then it was then time to get up and actually a bit of smoothie with another Christmas cookie sandwich to keep going with. So this time was more leftover gammon with it and some onion rings too which always are lush.

Then it was actually backing up the pictures and uploading and tweeting from the past week of those times where like I've been to busy to due to the end of year blogpost. But that was while watching BNA which is a pretty decent anime on netflix which to be fair they have been hosting some good Trigger projects here and there, especially with Pany and Stocking in the next year or so.  

But after a few hours of that, it was about 12:30 or so then it was time to go and have the casserole, it was ok, the beef was a alright but a bit tangy and the potatoes are a mixed flavour, But the little bread rolls are lush too.

But as it goes with repair shop and other bits to watch, but it felt  some tasty bits but it ends up then finishing with some Tarts for desert too. But it was time to then have a bit of a long walk to loose off that food, So the walk was pretty much around Chilsworthy then up the Higston down mine and back home, which I've semi done this walk before but it was still as muddy as over a month ago.

But then it was taking about an hour and 45 around , with the Clear sky and the air and it was getting a chill in the air. But in the end of walking and hearing of other house moves that could be happening in the end, we got back about 4pm and then it was nice to relax and watch treason.  Which actually is a good show. Some moments of this reminds me of the BBC like Bodyguard and things and it has its moments of going places I went to nearly 4 years ago. 

But eventually it comes into its plan of having some time to sort things out and enjoy leftover food along with some extra meat and slices which was nice to enjoy. But that was with Jurrasic world Dominion so it has its moments.

But then it was just to relax and finish off the rest of the night and it was Treason to Bridget Jones and then more fun with Die Hard with a Vengeance which works out to finish off.

Christmas 2021: A Wet Christmas Weekend

 Well, this is the first of the final few days of the year, it goes to be the case that things were feeling different this year, the time of Christmas already upon us and well, that means to explore what happened on this wet day. With Rosie being a pest, some questions and even a nice way with 2 dogs and lush food.So it was time to begin the preparation and also enjoy the day itself which my body would be showing the signs of exhaustion itself. But here we go on what actually was the case. 

The past days before Christmas: 

So this is where the body has to push its limits to get the posts sorted, it was also the week of more work to finally get done. 

Sunday:

We start from that Sunday which was getting a PC built for a customer and was a review of some RGB addons for it and it worked nicely, Cable tying made it longer and then its all ready to go. Plus one gift or 2 from one of my regular customer.

But then it leads to more of the chance of getting that to be restful and get started to cain more of the blogpost for the end of the year review. Which was on to getting February r march sorted, my head forgets from how many late nights were going to be. Also it was nice to have roast pork.

Monday:

Then it was leading to the last monday for visits of the Year, in a serious way, that is emotional but in others that is also emotional for other reasons for posting some presents off, But first we deal with the circumstance of a visit of USB duplicators and why cloning it struggles to take its time, but that was going to be sorted quicker than I expected and then it was time to get money paid in and things posted off. It was actually emotional with one of them to be posted but that will be for the future for that to explain. But after those it was a nice under £5 post budget for 1st class on both. Especially as I had to run to Whitchurch since the queue was way too long in the main post office.

Then it was going to be the case of a nice mix of food from Tesco purchased a few weeks ago to be able to have and the Bao Buns are so nice, Especially with  one of the Microwaved Black bean and beef to cover it and then it leads to more typing up. But a visit to lidl was showing some nice Vlogging kits with a smaller tripod I could use if travelling in the next year maybe.

So it then leads to the next day which then is going to be a very exhausting day. 

Tuesday: 

So this was a late wakeup after typing the post up and watching FNAF which does make it always the case of anxiety stressing and then it was going to be one long day , work had a few things to sort out and some panic over consoles not selling so a aggressive deal was the savior on that side. But then one customer wanted a visit, in yelverton and so i said about 6pm, and it was a RUN to get there, but kid you not, 1 hour 5 minutes from work to RAF harrowbeer in the dark is VERY actually not bad going. 

After that it was the time to finally run in the dark back from 7pm when i left since it was only an hour. There was a LFT to be done even with a runny nose went negative and after resetting Apple and Yahoo Passwords.  and I managed to get to lidl in under 1 hour and then it was time to get some bits. But the night was so dark and it would have been a good time to take a tripod with me to take scenes of thre night sky on the moors.

Now as i got there it was the case of getting a vlogging kit and WAIT it was £5.00  discount overnight since  that was true so I got it along with some extra bits like chicken balls and crunchie spread too. Plus Lemon Vitamin C tablets are a new thing.

But then it was the run home and Just as i got back, I heard news of nan being frozen and unable to get into bed and ok yes this was due to her jab just hours ago causing the confusion and mental state becoming concerning, but in a lucky chance, I could actually have a nice bit of leftovers for tea before either typing things up or even getting a video up for the present haul.

But then since it was nearing 9pm, should i or should i not film, By the end of washing things up, parents came home so we then chatted and watched TV until they went to bed and it was the case of filming the video for the present haul. Now yes I will admit the timelapse in there did not fully film due to battery but also I was ok with the fact I got something out of it and the ring light it a nice help for this. The VHS effect when editing this 2 days later was a nice joy too.

Then it was time to go to bed and wake up to more work and chaos to do, this time it was some jobs to sort out, hopefully the final 2 Xbox Series X of the year to sell (had 4 from Saturday, sold one Sunday and Tuesday) as well as my worries about the future in some aspects which have been haunting me too. 

But it was then more typjng up until 3-4am for the blogpost for those days, minus some chilli  until we get to the Christmas eve.

Thought that thursday was actually going to be another hectic day with Ordering to sort out before the Eve of christmas, more gfuel sold, some phone repairs not going ahead due to actual costs and phone grips are out of stock so that is a new year gold to source i Think.  Plus it was the case of finally being able to post a GTX 1050ti from in stock. But after that was a foggy car drive with one of my regulars to fit a Intel wifi card due to some sleep issues using a m.2 Realtek card and it did make a difference but the truth will be the new year on that. Then it was leftover chilli with adding some Buffalo Wing Seasoning and also Quaker Oats to it and it was nice but that spicy feeling in the tummy and it was not even a whole sachet.

But then it was the Main ahead of events to go by. The first of the trilogy so to speak, normally I would say its a case of doing seperate but for this, it will be the 3 in one trope. 

Christmas Eve: 

So this was more of the waking up late and also the time to finally realise that things might be a bit quieter to be able to get videos sorted out and the editing of that present haul video. Plus taking the final part of the advent calendar from reeces is such as nice way to have lunch for later, but it was about 4 things to be booked in, Like a £500 order with some SSDs and some PC Cases , but this was then to be the case of that to be booked int, then changing a motherboard over which someone wanted that done, but for some reason, the battery did not activate or Windows does not find it , so that is strange but it could be the case of the powerjack as well but we will find out when I continue on that next week in the in between time.

As it then goes to hopefully sorting out this mac which had a frayed DVD Drive cable but in the end, it turns out that needs to be ordered for it to work so another plan next week, but then it was getting that video started and well, it ended up last minute 2 customers popping in and then having to replace an iPhone 11 Pro Speaker to get this update to go through. But then I left at a time of 17:20 and well that is good compared to having a visit, but since it was a rush to get this video up, I decided to just leave and head to the new surgery I've changed to. But they could still not book the vaccine for that beginning of that week which as been the 2nd attempt to then. But this would be the shameful listing of still no change locally. So that was then a run home in the cold and dry but the road and path was soaking wet.

Then I got home and greeted mum and dad and she was on the phone, but she used one of those LED lights in a bottle for the hallway and it makes it nice and christmas in the house. So then it was time to enjoy a nice meal and well maybe relax but no this was the case of being able to have some of  the nandos wraps for tea. Like adding in any mayo.

But then it was to then change over to get the vlog edited, using the FCPX and then it was a case of having to check with CPU friend to help push that performance  but it turns out its still an issue with CPUfriendfriend  But it did improve performance once it was over the night for the most part. Even when going to bed to then use a Razer  Deathadder Essential White (Soon to maybe review) to finish the editing. Also I got to sleep at 4:30am on Christmas day.  But this was even with a teaspoon of gfuel and about 4 lemon vitamin C tablets in water.

So then it leads to having a few hours sleep for christmas day.

Christmas Day: 

So, it comes to this, and getting up at 9:15 or so am to then get a shave started to get clean which made it that bit easier  to hopefully plan out the solution of getting a video filmed for the message without interrupting family. But then i was too late in that part to use the onesie, which means it was the case to have to wear something else, But the bags of presents were now in the hallway as well as Rosie was jumping up and begging me for walk. This was just after Dad left to drop and collect presents and gifts from his side of the family, since the boxing day was cancelled for that, heck we were even the last.

So then we finally walk and just as I walk out with the christmas jumper and it pours down with rain. Which was  not good, then it was time to film and Rosie was barking for the ball so that stopped me  being able to film easily, but after 4 attempts it was filmed and choosing which one is the best option to take and it was the 3rd one I went for in the end.

Then it was the message and time to get talking about change which for me was stressful and also the chance of being able to mention important things without being direct about it. But it was pouring and then makes it to getting to keep dry and deal with Rosie but eventually I got home about 10:50 and then time to get it edited and that took some time. 

Then it comes to the editing for a fair bit of 30 minutes and then it was just on the rendering side complete while getting in the car to pickup grandparents, in the actual rain , but this is where it gets that bit hetic with that moment to help get nan into the car in the pouring rain but with me and dad, we got it in and the wheelchair in, but after that and pads to pick up, we got them in and to drive home. Which then it was time to wheel her in and also to see my sister while the table was being prepared.

Then she had the presents loaded in the hallway and the amount of them got bigger. But it was for later on that was to be unwrapped. Plus the cat was to be trapped in mums bedroom for most of that entire day

Then it was time for the food and once some uploads had finished, it was ready to eat and my god this  was nice, the turkey was from morrisons, mum did make some recipes from Jamie Oliver including Roast potatoes and also a Vegetable crown suflet thing. It was really nice and really fulfilling.

It really was nice and then from chatter on various parts and bits and even with the face nan and grandad were managing to eat it and we were getting full over time, but it was nearing 13:45 before desert was to be fine, now for me i went for some cornflakes dipped in chocolate which it is a nicer way around it.

Then it was soon time to get everyone into the mindset of the lounge for the presents to be handed out before the queens speech and we did, with so many presents, more so for my grandparents than anything else. But some really nice presents from a back pillow cushion, Playstation jackets and even some amazon gift cards and perfumes to go with it too. But some really nice bits that work out and some useful and some to keep warm like thermals and even slipper socks which I've been using non stop in ways these past 2 months .

Then after the case of mum and sister helping nan to get to the toilet, it was time for a short queens speech  and it did feel very personal and a good tribute to her husband and this meant it, she felt how people this year have had to isolate and it can be hard for them and it also makes that work. But it was then a performance and a nice dawn of one of their castles.

Then it was a few last gift cards to open up with some money and also a one4all card which then leads to the packing up before mum and dad dropped off granparents. Which me and sister walked both dogs for a short bit before being able to then take some pics of both of us, some had silly shots and some were good but in the end it was the case of some blurred shot .

But then it was time to relax with parents after sister left half hour  to watch some films and things, it was nice to finally not have to do much work and it was good that things were on call to finally not be stressed out the dogs had some costumes and poses before one left. But then it was soon time to have some leftovers aka bubble and squeak.

Eventually it was those nice leftovers and turkey sandwiches are nice and adding flavours like cranberry and pretzels in is nice too, sure it was not what i really wanted to have in but that will be for later.

Then it was more relaxing and watching films until we all went to bed, I did get some of this typed up and then it was the case to be able to get this closer to finishing since there is a deadline of 6 months left to type up before the end of the year and I might have just been on the side of too late but that can change if I get the time. But then once it was 1am, I went bed and time to sleep for another day, which this time could be going for a swim. 

Boxing Day. 

So i woke up to a text asking how my christmas was and then did not get a reply for many hours later, Finley greeted me while i went toilet then back to bed then after a fap, I got up and had a shower for a change, since my hair was a mess with lumps and flakes as well as feeling not fresh. But then mum got up and Rosie growled as per usual. But then it was time to check emails and also see what the plan was, since the clouds were blue sky when I looked outside. 

But then it was not the time to go to widecome or bude so it was good to have a nice mini roast dinner crunchie spread roll for breakfast.

But then it was another walk to give Rosie but on my own and with the balls across the field and she played nicely, the path was muddy as usual and then the field was wet but the air was drying up, So it was just to play that ball, even the sun was coming out as well. But 45 minutes later I was back home and there we go. It was then time for the lunch which some easy mix of red onion and mayo makes one fantastic slaw.

Then later on after chatting and watching calendar girls, it was time to go for a walk, I suggested burrator and also dad was making alot of jabs and points about to get the JAB asap without much care or regard for the preparation of that, especially of the fact things could go wrong if i don't get time to recover from what happens after it, since well anything can happen. But we then got changed and drove over there, we spoke to a neighbour on the same estate and he guesses that it would be busy there for the most part and we still drove anyway. But we got there and it was time to get out of the car and walk from the quarry along the old railway patch and back.

As we walked om, we noticed some fencing as you enter the forest of the railway line, turns out an EE mast Did get built here and also was mentioned to me earlier due  to a customer wanting 4G in sheepstor. But this was not activated just yet since i knew and saw my phone had no signal. But itwas sleek and the black makes it not as much standing out as other masts. But this is finally a EE spot compared to a not spot most of the area i live in is, I noticed this more as i was streaming the laptop to the phone.

But then it was more nagging and pressure to get the vaccine done this coming week instead of when I planned it and then it was talking about other friends and customers of dad about it all. But then we got to the road which the path goes to princetown or the road goes back to the reservoir round ring road. and we chose to walk down there. But we did until we got back to the leat and walked across there and back to another road to then pass the lake, with santas and other cars jam packed.

Then We walked back past the visitor centre and saw the carvings, to then passing more cars back and forth as well as eventually getting back to the dam itself which in a way was always the sign of the busy times during #lockdown3 so much so police actually bothered to turn up. But someone and a couple i heard recently drowned here from a suicide attempt from some inside work gossip.

Then it was nearing 4pm and we managed to walk back to the car since it was sunset in 17 minutes from there. We dried off and got in, then time to get driving back while listening to the final uk top 40 of 2021 and some bangers on there and typical how collabs did not get 2nd place the charity one but the non charity one with 2 same artists get it, like alo the Kunts never got in a mention for obvious reasons.

Once we got back, it was time to bathe the dog and then we all sat down to watch TV together and have some turkey chinese curry halfway through and then it was watching various films until 11:45 and typing this up, sure I got a text reply back around the 6:15 mark but then no reply after that.

And so that was my christmas and it was a positive one, now its time to catch up from the end of the year review still and then the music video which will be tricky on what to choose.
