omracer's Night Out: the fun with the forgotten keys.

As this week is nearing a close, work being quiet and mistakes from the past maybe being fixed. Maybe it was time to have a quiet evening to myself. But as I left work, it turns out I had to be that stupid idiot that leaves his keys in work.
As I ran home and got there, I checked my pockets, I heard no keys jiggling, um I fucked up pretty bad, sure I could of waited out my house for 2 hours, but that is a wasted opportunity. So I ran down to lidl from 5:45, mind you I was only in a white shirt and midly tight jeans. It was slightly nice weather, although the clouds were on their way in, it was still hot in some parts. I got on the bus and nearly had to shout for a day rider. But a £4.50 fare is better than nothing. The journey was quite smooth and the weather was getting brighter and clearer.

The Arrival and preperation

Eventually, i arrived by the train station by about 6:45 and even though i tried to arrange some meals, even with Emma, who actually did text back quickly, even after the things that have happened and the heart that lost its dream come true which did make me happy even though she was busy with a friend which is fair enough, this was unexpected and everything related. But i just decided to wander around for a bit, but the first port of call, as per say, was to take a small toilet break in drake's circus, since it was open until 8pm on Thursdays.

Since that hectically was the first chance to take a pee all day, it was releasing, also my hands felt sweaty so washing them was quite needed and worth it. Then i strolled over to the casino, with a mini sense of hope that i get to win something, as well as a chance to quench my thirst. So i made it over there and then it was straight to the bar, now unlike the usual choices i have for my thirst on a night out, i went for a nice pint of Lime and soda water, asking the blonde bar staff to make it slightly stronger, it was nice of her to do that. That was a neat £0.70.

Sadly, after drinking that, the blackjack table was too busy so i decided not to go and just left and walked around and my way to the barbican for nice bit of relaxation via the hoe. Sure i did pop into a Pizza Express to inquire if they can make pizza without cheese and they said yes, which is a good sign and means that Dominoes are the only nasty mainstream conglomerate that force consumers to eat cheese in pizza. The stroll to the hoe was slightly fast paced, although near the berkley, i felt a pain in my chest and was close to throwing up, but running did ease that for the rest of the night,

Reflection and boredom at the Naval Side...

Reaching the hoe was nice, it was busy, more so students being fun and having BBQs and all, maybe i could of found someone that might of heard of me and maybe just chat and actually feel like i'm making some progress in life, but that didn't happened and i ended up checking twitter, instagram and just taking a few pics while i was up there. Sure, there was a mini sailing race happening but thats just one of those sports i can never get into much of, or at all...
The view from the Hoe at around 7pm

A glimpse of a sailing event on the hoe as i was waking to the barbican

The casusal walk down to the barbican was ok i guess, sure it was nice to blast some electro music and end up feeling a bit low due to couples almost everywhere, holding hands and it made me wish i could of been doing the same thing, maybe even just talking about something as deep as something i watched on Louie last night:

This did make me feel like shit but sort of happy for them both and jealous because she looks really nice too, but it sort of reminded me of this scene, with the weather and location. But i kept on walking and eventually i reached the Barbican, which did look just as nice
The view of the Barbican

So, this was quite busy, sure it was full of bikers and older drunk people as well as some musicians and students eating fish and chips alike, which was nice ish and it was tempting for me to head out to Cap N Jaspers for a Half a Yard Hotdog but it was a intense queue which i bottled it, but i ended up bored that i just laid on the floor and just looked up into the sky, maybe wishing. That and it was more casual tweeting and even being offered to visit and run to Higher compton was an option but i bottled that and decided to make my way back home via Mcdonalds then a bus home.

The view of the barbican from the ground.

The journey back of ideas and the chaos of suspicion...

Now, this was a ramdom wander back to the bus, passing though various restaurants, i mean i even was looking at the menu for Caffine Club again, This was not too bad, sure that menu was pricey, but meh, but i even browsed in the North Hill spar, there were some offers and i missed the bus back, which was not suprising but maybe a regret. Eventually i got to mutley, i changed my music playlist and then just pelted it to Mcdonalds, i actually didn't run too badly, until i got to the flyover by the hill before Crownhill Mcdonalds.

When i got to the flyover, i noticed 2 cop cars, which was fair enough but then as i ran nearrer the road, they stop and pretty much pulled me over, i put my shirt back on and then he asked a few things like:

  • Are we known to you
  • Name, address etc
  • Are you missing
  • What are you doing here
  • Have you been drinking
  • Have you taken any drugs
Now this was a awkward and a bit scary moment, sure its a bit odd running topless in the night, but the weather was actually hot and i played it slightly cool and passive and didn't get aggressive, maybe a bit of n assertive mood but it ended up good and the cop just dropped me off by the other side of the road and i carried on running.

Eventually i got to Mcdonalds, then i went in, still slightly sweaty and with some Sonic colors OST playing, i turned that off then waited, i smiled when i saw jess, sure there were curvier girls and even one served me but it was just nice to see her and at first she was busy with a fair bit but just as i left, it was nicer and we even spoke for like a minute which to be honest, thats the closest thing to progress this whole month, the night out didn't do much for me . But i ordered a large big mac no cheese meal and i nearly had to wolf it down since i didn't want to miss the bus. It was worth it for £4.80 too
A large Big Mac Meal with a Sprite for £4.80
Then after i left and spoke to jess, yes, i probably embarrased her when i tried to see if she was free soon and even offered her "running training" which is more the opposite thing of what i've always wanted to do with her, aka spoil and wine and dine her to a size that i would do a fair amount to wake up next to her and pretty much worship it, just like i always want to do with emma.

The bus arrived 6 minutes late, i got on, then it was stinking of BO and it was a rushing run back home, i got home about 10:40, which isn't too bad considering i left at 9:56/57. Only to find my sister snuggling with her new partner, which was nice for them. Then it was discussing what to do with the keys since she leaves before me for work tomorrow.

That sums this night up, sure it means nothing, but this is a rare chance which people say that the unexpected things turn out to be the best, but sadly that rule just punched me in the face and said thats not true. But as exams for GCSE kids start, it reminds me of when it happened to me and also when i was losing Abbey, in the same painful feelings as i've lost emma, Which although its getting old, she still means alot more to me than even family, Now, that is strong but its how i feel and it might be why i've been feeling empty, odd and even confused at my own words.

See you in June possibly, unless something rare and amazing comes up

A deep week along with gluttony and presents but no love :(

Well a chance to see someone amazing for her US Legality (21st Birthday), is today. Happy Birthday to her if she reads this, Emma <3 .="." p="p">
So with this in mind, i decided to get her something meaningful. So on the Wednesday the 5th, i decided to take the bus into Plymouth and bought her the contents below:
So this was a pizza hut giftcard, 6 cupcakes, a love letter and 2 bags of onion rings :)
Well i was going to drop it off to a friend of hers work who works in wilko but she wasn't in, so i dropped it to another of her mates that works in House of Fraser, she kept it in her locker and forgot to get it to her when she saw her the next day, which means she hasn't got it yet. Which kinda makes it harder for trying to plan things :(. After giving it, i  spent time with someone i met at the Olympic Torch ceremony once and her friend (also called emma, interesting) for a few hours and then ran back to the Crownhill Mcdonalds to get the bus home.

But then the next two days was quite interesting, well, actually the evenings. First off, on the Thursday i joined my sister, her boyfriend and one of her mates for a meal at Route 38. It was very tasty and below are the pics of what was eaten :).

This is called "The Combo" which costs £9.99

This was my meal, a Double bacon BBQ Burger and chips along with coselaw and a side of onion rings. This cost about £8.75

That was quite a tasty meal and i did end up quite full, but the big meals don't stop there.
On Friday evening, i went Lord Louis for a meal, now i've not had a carvery for months and it was my family and sisters boyfriend that i was with. The meal is usually pretty good but this time it wasn't the best. But its below and a pic of the drink i had :).
This was a nice lime and lemonade drink.

Now this was my carvery, this was a beef and gammon one along with potatoes, sweetcorn , yorkshire pudding, carrots, horseradish and gravy. This cost about £3.29 or 49. i can't remember

Anyways on the story of what happen on the night of Sat the 8th Sept/Sun 9th. Well after work, i got ready along with talking to my grandparents and having a gammon and chips (which were quite burnt). Then about 8:30, i left for the bus. I got to the lidl busstop at about 10 to and then left for Plymouth about 5 past 9.

I got into the city centre at about 9:30 and then i went into lavish and met a friend or two which was nice. We talked about this and that. took some photos (below) and then i headed to another place...

So i headed into Revolution and it was pretty quiet but its annoying i had to pay £1.50 to have my hoodie stored and i was only in there for 10 minutes. After that i went into the Casino and then played a few rounds with blackjack, i betted with £6 and i won £9 in the end. Not bad :)

After that, i ran to oceana and enjoyed seeing some people there. Like meeting and chatting with about 3 big girls, watched someone called furious pete. Also i had been hugging one of them and i did get a semi i remember, that and on the way to oceana i saw some friends from tavi and chatted to them and one of them admitted she was in love with me and that i'm a angel. Bless, but my heart was set so it was slightly awkward, but also one of her mates touched my crotch after i admitted having a semi since the girl that said she loved me wanted to have a threesome with a mates of hers called Jess and pig out with mcdonalds food while doing it.

After that, i went into jesters for about an hour and that was ok, dancing with this girl that used to take the piss out of me at crappy city plym at various times. but to be fair i was waiting for Emma and her lot, but at about 10 to 1, i text her mate to see where she was. She said oceana, and at that point, i sprinted as fast as i can. For some reason my legs run sooooooo much faster at night, like i was almost outrunning a car i think.

So i got in there and met up with her and stayed with her for the rest of the night. It was fun and dancing to various songs like one of Bon Jovi's classic and Wheatus and some other good songs. But part of the time i was there was a awkward and i'm not going to say anything further apart from three letters S L B.

After that, more dancing and just sticking around with Emmas friend and then when she went toilet, some friends and a ex of a girl that i find attractive called Charlotte started talking and we got chatting and admitted char was an idiot, which intelligence doesn't really bother me since i'm the kind of geeky guy and well it feels nice to teach your girlfriend something if shes not as smart or has as good knowledge as you. After that, it was about 10 to 2 and i decided to start heading off home.

I ran through Mutley and it was surprisingly quiet and dead, and some people were saying how good i was running and some drunk guy took the mick and started running with me so i stopped, took my headphones out and said "Mate do you want to run with me then", he replied "Yep", i said back, "how far", he replied "only to the end of the road" and i put my headphones back in and sprinted as much as i could to the Crownhill Mcdonalds.

Just as i got up the hill near it, my sister called. She asked where i was and if i wanted a lift home. I said yep but i'm getting a drink first. Which i did and then i waited at the bus stop since i thought it was a taxi picking me up with my sis and boyfriend in it. But they called again and they were in the car park. So i went in and then it was a nice journey home, listening to quite classic songs and asking my sister's boyfriend of how it was like in Plymouth compared to Chicago for nightlife. He didn't like the smells since it was all body odour and sweat and the like. Then i got home about 3:40 and then was on my ipod until 5am since all i could think about was Emma and something else.

So there you have it. that was the 6th night out i believe. But to be honest, it didn't get luck and thinking on it, i fucked up even though i forced fate, by going to the wrong places at the wrong time. But all i can do now is just wait as long as it takes and hope for the best with a easy opportunity with Emma opens up, since i've been realising a few things this past week or even slightly longer such as:

  • The fact that i've not met her and fallen in love with her, now this hints strongly that it wasn't her looks which made me fall in love with her, although she does look like a beautiful goddess and a dream. It is her personality or the fact she was nice enough that she opened a door in my heart and i realised too late :(
  • The fact that some of the crazy things such as the valentines and the ipod for jess and heck, even going out on the first night (this night covered) with my parents at home, is something that i wouldn't of done if i didn't fall in love with her.
ok it was two facts but still, its still proving enough that maybe i have found someone special, its just waiting for the chance to get so i can experiences romance for the first time. Anyways i've got a bath. Thanks for reading and i'll add some of the pics taken from that night and the videos.

See you next time, since these next two months might be busy both love wise and Youtube wise with a possible giveaway and maybe a public trolling video for halloween.

Just a short catch up

Well its been 35 days since i last put a post up on here. To tell you the truth, not much has happened this past month but a few things have happened, mainly two which i'm pointing out.

So some of you on fb or who even follow me on twitter might have heard but i'll go into depth here.
Basically a while back i saw this tweet which at the time meant nothing.
But bascially she was missing iMessage and thats fair enough. However what i didn't realise 4 days later was the fact her birthday was coming up.

And so as some people get ideas for presents, i had one just pop into my head. A 4th gen ipod touch (which of course has definite ios5 capability) which should get her back on iMessage and so fourth. So basically i was currently saving up wages which was quite nice. Since at various times, i have been feeling slightly skint but i eventually saved up the cash. Now the ipod touch i decided to buy was not a new one. But one from CEX. Which at the time was £120.

Time went by and feeling excited about doing this and also the weekend before was the fact that my sister had come home from Mexico which was also very nice and she did buy me some expensive custom dark chocolate which usually costs £10 per box. It tasted quite nice for dark chocolate.

so my sister brought me this handmade chocolate from #mexico.... on Twitpic

But before that happened, i cycled to Plymouth again, Hoping to use Gem Bridge to speed up my time. And what would you know, its actually possible. Which actually takes the time off by half an hour or so which is very nice. Although the gradient is slightly annoying, its still better than a dangerous, rocky, muddy path like the first time i went cycling. That and my lunch for that day was of course in Mcdonalds again :P. But this time was a nice meal, as per usual in there. £6.18 it cost and the dip was nice and sweet 'n' spicer (pun), as well as the taste Big mac with no cheese and some succulent onion rings.

well after a 2 hour cycle ride. my lunch for today cost me £6... on Twitpic

Well After this, i decided to cycle to Saltram from there and visit the place. Considering i did get in for free since i had my Young Persons NT Membership that i bought when i went Lanhydrock with my parents before we went to buy a caravan in Torpoint afterwards :). But that was a nice building, which was quite unique styling and i did like the oriental Chinese wallpaper on how green tea was made. Than after that, i was cycling back to the flyover where i actually passed my mum and dad cycling the opposite direction.

I attempted to cycle into town using the Embankment Road, and it was quite tricky since it only lead to the route i used to cycle back to Tavi from Plymouth Hoe during the Skyride.
Then i cycled back home the same way but did pop into Marsh mills to look in PC World for a bit, then Currys and Comet. Nearly got sold on buying a Samsung Galaxy Ace, but didn't since i was focused on Jess's pressie <3. But on the way back i did see something cute which made me think of the romance me and Emma could have if we were together and also since its not everyday you see two ponies grooming each  other on a cycle path. Here it is below:

And after that, i decided to snap some pics of the path on the Tavistock side of Gem Bridge, to prove that you can cycle on it which saves a short amount of time below:
It seems after the wooden path after Gem Bridge now has a gate  on the Tavistock side :)

The Entrance to the path that goes to Grenofen tunnel, This doesn't close the route off, you turn left as below

The gate that leads down to the current route i cycle which goes along the old path and up the road

Looking towards the wooden path before Gem Bridge

Well that was pretty much it until Wednesday with the 4th of July. I decided to get up and i left for Plymouth about 10:40. Paid the £6.10 for the bus and during the trip, i was reading a e-book of something i'm starting to admit i need to learn. Years ago i found a copy of Sex for Dummies, 3rd Edition, so i copied it to my mediafire, which you can download below:
http://www.mediafire.com/view/?y6m3kafxkhz4b9t
and since i have Adobe Reader on my Android phone, its been useful to be able to download Bus timetables and this so  was reading a few chapters.

Well i got into town then i was desperate for a wee and so i went to Drake's Circus to go since i don't fancy having to pay 20p by the sundial to go to have a leak really, since the last time, i tried and my 20p didn't work, nor did a few others, which makes it like a lottery, if your 20p is the right one, you win a chance to empty your bladder. Anyway i was pretty much killing time and looking around various shops in the mall and in town in general, HMV, Carphone Warehouse,  Just like new, Wilko, Computerbase, CEX and some others. But for lunch, i brought something cheap from wilko, well the sandwich had no butter and also a girl i like that friends with Emma, looks like a blonde goddess but engaged served me and we chatted and also let her top my phone up which was nice for her and also for me since i had £2 credit left since i topped up about  2 months ago. But £1.50 for two drinks and a sandwich is good value, even if its only water :)

well earlier today, this was my lunch, a cheap cost of £1.50.... on Twitpic

Well after that i walked around some more shops and then Finally brought the ipod touch from CEX, guiding/advising the guy that served me to get a nice looking C grade one, and then i paid up £120 in cash. Then before that i went to maplin to buy a ASUS Radeon HD 6570 for £70. Yes i know i could get it cheaper but its better than the shitty HD Radeon HD 5450 that was actually next to it and £40. Then after that, i went to Hotel Chocolat and asked one of the staff for a cute, fattening (yes i did say fattening to her tehe :P) box of chocolates for a little extra for Jess's birthday pressie, we talked and she suggested some dippable chocolates and asked if jess was a "girly girl", i did say I'm not sure but maybe she might be ? so i went with these chocolates for £8.40.

Later afterwards i was looking in Next for a short while then went up to the food court to relax my legs, well since recently, my ankle has started to strain again, maybe too much exercise after i sliced it over a month ago nearly. Then reading fb comments about what i was doing is a bad thing, i even had a wallpost saying i should spend it on myself and should of only buy her flowers or chocolates.

After that, it was around 2:45 so i decided to run to get the bus while dropping the present off to where Jess works. It felt good to be running the same route i used to run to get the bus home from Crappy City Plym: through Central Park, passing the queues and traffic lights on outland road, running over the A38 on the footbridge in the flyover, running on the road by the junction to honicknowle and tamerton foliet, passing the opticians and DC Police HQ, and up the hill to her work and ordered two sauces (5p each) and dropped the pressie off. Just as i started running again, the 83 just stopped outside and i hopped on and was on the way home. As the bus got quieter i carried on reading the pdf. Then got off at lidl and ran home on the cycle path.

That pretty much sums up that day. But on the Friday, i realised she got the pressie which made me happy for that day. Yep i was working but that just brightened my mood.

And i think thats this blog post sorted. Next Friday is my 3 Year anniversary on twitter and my 3 Year YouTube Anniversary is this Friday, the 13th...i think. But anyway, expect some things out for that, a video maybe but most definitely a blog post :)

See you then
Mattie :)
